I ordered two dresses from here for an event. It said the location was in Toronto, which I am 45 minutes away.
Then I found out the store in Toronto is just a shell company and the items are actually shipped from China.
It took over two weeks to arrive, which would be fine, BUT the quality is absolutly terrible. Like I’ve never seen this material before.
Almost like a cheap plastic tablecloth from the dollar store. And they charge $90!?!???
If you want to return it, you are responsible for international shipping costs back to China.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Oh my gosh,what scam!I returned the 2 dresses I ordered because they were so cheap & shabby. This was in Sept.2024.The return address was so long it took up the entire front of the package and it cost me $30.00 to send it back to China. Now, six months later my package was returned to me from China!!! If you see “Stella Toronto” run in the opposite direction.

This is a scam ! I ordered 4 months ago and I never received my ordered. I contacted their Customer service 4 times and everytime they told me that they refered my case to the manager or just wait for another 10-15 day.

If I could give -5 stars, I certainly would! Order was placed September 30/24, have yet to receive. Numerous emails stated that my order was on its way!
Do not, I repeat, do not order from this “company” What a joke! If this review saves someone else from losing their money, my loss will not have been in vain.

Scammed here as well. Same story as others..Ordered Sept 26th and nothing yet, or update on shipping. Disappointed that I didn't research a little further before ordering from them.

They are not legit at all. Big time scammers. Do not ever buy from them.
I had to call my bank to reverse the payments. They should not even be getting 1 stars.

They took my money and nothing showed up, it’s been months! Responded to emails a few times now they are ghosting me, definitely do not pay these guys for anything!!!

STAY AWAY.. Not a Canadian company, and ships from China. Ordered 1 item in Sept and it is still not arrived middle of November. Keep telling me its shipping and nothing, asked for a refund and they have ignored the request.

Stella Toronto is NOT a Canadian company. It is in China and it is a BIG SCAM. I ordered a bag in September, it is now November and I still have not received it. I have emailed them saying I no longer want it and want a refund but they will not do a refund. They emailed me saying my coat was on it's way, I didn't order a coat. What a joke! DO NOT order anything from this company, you will regret it!

I ordered 1 item but was charged and sent 2 identical dresses. Rubbish quality and impossible to return....make expensive floor cloths.

This is a scam company. The product is made and ships from China. The quality is poor and what you receive does not match the product photos. They do not honour returns or refunds. There is no 14 day money back guarantee. 100% stay away

It is so misleading to have the word Toronto in their name as they have nothing to do with Toronto or being local. Items all ship from China, take weeks to arrive and then look nothing like what was on the website nor feel anything like what was described. Refunds are a joke - they offer a percentage refund or you have to incur the shipping charges back to China making it cost prohibitive. As others have said - I would give a zero rating if possible

If I could leave a review of 0 stars- I would! The product provided did not meet the sizing chart and was of very poor quality - I have tried repeatedly to communicate with Stella Toronto to receive directions on how to return the items as per instructions on the ordering website with limited response. One response, I was asked if I wished to keep the items for a 15% rebate - UMM...no! I want my money back. The sellers' rep then ghosted me and has not returned any of my following inquiries re: return process. This site is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Very annoyed

I wish I had read all these reviews prior to my order. Products did eventually arrive but sizing was all over. Reached out to process a refund and only get crickets. Don't deal with them.
Guess this is my lesson to dig deeper in the future.
Ripoff!

Needs a 0 star. Extremely low quality, impossible return policy, sizing totally inaccurate. Stay FAR, FAR away from this company.

I just received email of shipping and it’s mainland China. I am disputing the charges and will never order from here again, I will do my research much better next time. I have posted my reviews on Facebook and I’ve already been blocked and comments gone. This is a big NO

If I could give it 0 I would. Blatant lies in the product. Claims to be linen/cotton blend. No linen at all. Very cheap cotton, so cheap that the bodice is pieced together. All the emails confirming purchase, delivery are deleted once the product is here. No way to return, even though they say you can pay the shipping. Out $172, more fool me. Buyer Beware. The web site looks like Quartier-Ottawa and it looks like they’re the same web site. Don’t do it.
