They have 0 ability to deter coronavirus.

This is not only dangerous, it is irresponsible, they refused to refund and should be ashamed of profiteering in the time of a crisis. Hope the few quid you made is enough to cover your liabilitys aswell as your reputation loss.

Disappointed. Poor communication overall, customer service promised to look into confusion regarding my delivery twice (goods had not been dispatched yet tracking had been given) and on both occasions did not follow through so had to chase. When phoning the gentleman I spoke to was perfectly pleasant but called me 'flower' on numerous occasions which was so unprofessional. There was a general lack of ownership of the issue and responsibility towards the customer, I feel that if I had not followed this up I would have paid for non-delivered goods. Refund & apology now received.

Having placed my very first order with the company I am very disappointed. First the wrong size item was sent and when I got in touch as to why? I was told over a week ago it will be investigated and I've heard nothing since. Needless to say I won't be using them again.
