This is an honest review from someone…

This is an honest review from someone who used a full range of these products consistently for 2 years.
I bought a significant amount of products from this range and it lasted me for a full 2 years, with almost daily use (that’s how much I bought) cost me nearly £400 with various package deals.
Anyway, I was hopeful that with having a constant supply I would see a difference in my hair….. No! No change at all. No thickness, no fullness, no improvement whatsoever. I bought it from the cell website so know for sure it was genuine products. I used consistently so I know it wasn’t a problem with not being used as it should. I also used the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and microstem hair stimulator formula.
After such a commitment and investment, and for such a prolonged period of time I am more than disappointment. This has been a total let down and a huge waste of money. I certainly would not recommend and that is my honest review unfortunately.

Why do I have to buy both?

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of years now and love it. The reason for my 2 stars only rating is that it’s impossible to buy shampoo or conditioner separately. I use more shampoo than I do conditioner so do not always need to buy both. Due to this issue I have been forced into changing to another product.

I have been trying to order for over a month and every time i add to cart it says "there was a problem adding this to the cart". i have tried different browsers and even different houses with no avail. So i thought id emeail them however i got a failure notice using there given contact email on thier website and also thier support email address but both have failed. I’ve been a Cel user for 4 years now, but this is goodbye

I’ve been a Cel user for 4 years now. But this last order was full of errors. I couldn’t use the website to order, the products I wanted didn’t arrive the first time, it was items I didn’t order. It was remedied by customer service but the Repair and Restore shampoo and conditioner I have loved now has a very unpleasant fragrance of old perfume and its watered down. I am not happy with the conditioner either, it dries my hair instead of making it silky as the old ones did. I don’t think I will continue using Cel.

One use and my hair looks stronger and healthier

I have been increasingly despairing about the state of my hair. Every day it seemed to be thinner and more fragile looking and my scalp dry and flaking. I have gone through so many different shampoos and saw this advertised in a free magazine at my local chemist.
After one wash and condition, and a spray of the serum, my hair and scalp look healthy and my hair looks strong.
I will continue as I now have faith in the products (and the cruelty free formula) and I actually believe that my hair can recover.

Have been using the micro stem shampoo…

Have been using the micro stem shampoo and conditioner love the product but hate the new packaging. Aluminum bottles and neither of the pumps work. A lot of people wear glasses but not in the shower. The bottles need to have something different. Can’t tell what’s shampoo or conditioner without glasses.

Liar , didn't received product nor money

Left review on Mar18,2023 about my order placed on Feb11,2023 which hasn't been delivered yet.
They just replied back that they have provided solution in mail but no.
In mail they said mail to wholesale team

Kudos to Cel products and Customer Service

I was asked to take a survey which I did and next just continued to Trustpilot. So surprised to continue to see negative comments about customer service. I love Cel products and have had a few issues with my orders over the last couple years but customer service has been wonderful! Terrible customer service !!!

One thing I have to tell you I really do enjoy the product……. But these people do not want to do business properly they are still in virus mode they will not answer a telephone and now I need to postpone my November order and the email that I have for them does not work leaving me with no alternative but to leave a message stating I am very much not pleased with the way you people do business !!
