Very professional organization, timely, accurate and extremely good follow through. Patient with client at every level of interaction.

It was a great experience, except I, was told I would have the funds within six months, and that did not happen. When people ask how; long will the process take to get your funds, please be honest and say it can take six months or longer. I appreciate that I have had someone call me every month and let me know my status with the IRS.

They are great at the beginning because I think they want their money but when things gets hard they drop the ball and too much turn over that I can never get anyone to do their job and help me get my erc money. I gave up. They’re loose because I still had two more quarters that they could have gotten their share. I will not recommend them to anyone for anything.

The ERC calculations and filings were prepared expeditiously and were filed quickly. We were appraised of the status of the filing throughout the process.

The worst service ever. The man that helped me promised to take a 12.5% cut and instead took 15. Stay away. Plenty of other companies to go through that don't have shady employees.
