Our packaging is made from a cornstarch-based compostable material, which is great for the planet 🌱 but can be a bit more sensitive during transit — especially if it’s exposed to heat or gets knocked around a bit. After a full day of wear there’s no sagging or sliding. Time will tell the rest of the story I guess but so far, so good! I got a great deal, and the boxer briefs fit very well. Luckily I saw to order one size up. I’ll know in the next couple of months if they’re durable, which has been the problem with all my other nice fitting underwear.

I read a lot of reviews prior to my purchase. I ordered three pairs thinking if I didn’t love them, I would be covered under their 30 day “love them or get a full refund”. I was wrong. The boxers were not true to size. I opened them (first mistake apparently), then tried a pair on. Too small. Contacted customer service and was told I couldn’t get a refund because I had opened them. How the heck are you supposed to know if they’re gonna fit if you can’t even open them?!?! At any rate I have three pairs of boxers I wanted to love, but needed to exchange for the correct size. Denied. So I guess they’re just trash now. Can’t return or exchange, no refund, and too small to wear. Disappointed is an understatement!
