Assistant Amy was amazing!!
We visited sterling home 3 or 4 times to look at suites. We did really love the 3 seater chesterfields. It was a lovely assistant called Amy Ireland that looked after us each visit. She’s a credit to your store. Extremely helpful. Knowledgeable. Put our mind at rest with information on aftercare if we had any accidents ie spills or rips. Staff were great very professional would have given the whole experience a 5 star but when I changed the colour of my purchase it was (which was my choice) it was quite a while and a few phone calls and emails from me to the company to ensure this had went through and been completed

I bought a small occasional table which I was then told was “in stock”. Despite this, I was told that it had to be delivered and that was an extra £69 thank you very much. To add insult to injury, I was then told what day of the week you are in my area. For that price, I should be able to say what date suits me

I visited Sterling Home today, I hadn’t been in a while and when I walked in was a bit confused as to where I was going..then out of the blue appeared Elaine whom I can only describe as the most friendly, cheerful helpful person ever. She explained she was the stores meet & greet person. She showed me where I needed to go chatting along all the way like a long lost friend which I found wonderful.
