Excellent service and fitting carried out by Scott Martin and his apprentice. Scott went the extra mile to ensure carpet was fitted perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Excellent in-store advice and service, prompt delivery (and we were kept informed about dates and times) and exceptional delivery service. Paid a little extra for full assembly and removal of all the packaging, but 100% worth it. The guys were excellent, friendly and efficient.

Michael the Sales Manager is our go to, we really trust him as he is so knowledgeable and he is super helpful when it comes to making the right decisions, your never rushed or pushed towards a particular brand he also has a very welcoming and friendly approach. There’s nowhere else that offers the same level of customer service, although personally I prefer the old layout in the stores, please don’t make my more ‘big’ changes in-store as it’s already lost some of its signature & much loved ‘Sterling’ look.

Carpet fitting rescheduled- not met
Called 4 hours later onthe day of fitting only to be offered sincere apologies etc
Then told of factory issues/delivery/hiccups in the warehouse etc. Please, I’m not too angry about the fitting times as I was working from home but could see it be an issue for some. but just ke me in the loop.
And don’t tell stories to cover up the truth- just tell the truth, no excuses required!
