Beware ! This company is a scam !

9 months ago, I ordered a pinball machine and paid a large deposit. And told it would be 10 weeks. Since then, the company has ignored my emails and telephone calls. I now have to get hold of a solicitor to get my money back.

If you buy one. Get a degree in electrical engineering.

Not for home use unless you are an amateur electrical engineer. I have purchased 4 machines valued at around 35000 dollars. They get two stars because they are well designed aesthetically and thematically good. However unless you have a degree in engineering you can keep up with repairs. New machines require tech support which consists of them asking YOU to get under hood and make fixes. I understand these are intricate machines and parts break. I have two new out of box that I can't play because of so many errors. It's like buying a car and needed to be a neophyte auto mechanic. I spent that money to play them not figure out to fix them. I'll stick to the arcade from now on and play them there where there are qualified techs. Terrible terrible tech support.
