This is a scam company. They have now managed to become a verified seller through BnQ and the description of their product on the BnQ website was for a full mdf wall cladding kit at £36. I ordered two. They sent me two pieces of mdf less than 1m2 in total. I queried this and they promised me a full refund and they admitted it was their mistake. Then they backtracked blaming BnQ for mis advertising the product. They are clearly branching out to other avenues for the purpose of their scamming because their hat reputation is shot.
If you want the guy's address (Abdul Hadi Noori) so you can go get your money back it is publically available on Companies House. 126 Newark Avenue, Peterborough. 👍

I ordered a green dogstopper from Sterzeal on 31st December - despatched 5th January. It arrived 20th January and it is excellent, well made, well packed for transport and does the job perfectly so I am very pleased with it - no more muddy paws up the stairs! It did take 15 days to reach me but the delivery company are massive and the distance the parcel travelled was from one end of the UK to the other so no worries!

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY Absolute scam!!!! Ordered a dog gate for the stairs, arrived late, wrong gate and damaged. Asked to return damaged gate and correct order to be sent out to me. Sent photos of damage, after 3 emails, 4 text messages and numerous phone calls I have got no where. No communication from them after I said I didn't want a partial refund . I have asked my bank to step in and they will get me my money back from this company. Read reviews on other sites this company is selling on its 3.7 its appalling.

Ordered and paid, hat never arrived. Sent numerous emails which were ignored. I had to pursue a refund through my credit card company.

Do not entertain this total charlatan!! You buy the product. After 6 weeks of some Pratt sporadically emailing you, nothing turns up.
You go through the motions of explaining this to your bank and get refunded (wasting your time not there’s!) once you get you refund from your bank, the hat turns up next day, and you have to pay for the product despite its condition. Total scam artist. The whole thing smells fishy , and I hope nobody ever uses this company. Life lesson. Trust your friend TRUST PILOT before you ever buy from an unknown clown. There’s several website owned by the same person(s) and it’s all one big con.

Awful awful awful! Ordered 2 hats with a combined price over £120. I received one order but the second turned up 2 months later in a completely destroyed box. I sent the return back but never heard back from them even after countless emails and didn’t receive a refund

As everyone else has already said, AVOID. Scam company. Hoping I can get further with Klarna as Sterzeal obviously don't answer emails!

Ordered a hat in April and took my money immediately. End of April no hat had arrived so emailed them No response or to further emails. eventually made a chargeback against them via my bank which was honoured. Checked out their website and it does NOT me UK trading laws, there is no contact details. A check on companies house reveals this company has moved premises several times recently. Has no assets and has a four figure debt. This may explain why they are taking money but not sending any good out. Stay well clear.

Scam company. Take your money and do not send the product. Absolutely disgusting that the UK Govt. does not do more to protect us from such scam, fake, cheating, rip off retail organisations. Shame on you Sterzeal. You are utter filth as human beings. You contribute nothing to life and the universe!

Ordered 2 hats and heard nothing for over a month, despite numerous e-mails asking simply for an order status.

Had to open a PayPal dispute at which point I was sent one hat. Heard nothing about the second hat for another month until I escalated the PayPal dispute and got an email saying they were out of stock (and couldn’t be bothered to tell me).

No refund offered or given by the company, but PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded my money.

FYI their website claims their hats are hand made… they’re not, they’re sourced from various wholesalers which is also why sizing varies wildly if you are lucky enough to receive something you ordered.

there is no communication with these dudes, I bought a hat taxes included on October 24, 2023, on November 28, 2023 I received the following message from customs and the sender must have also received it, regarding an order coming from the Netherlands " This is a number Eori from non-existent sender (invalid non-existent IOSS) " and that I would have to clear the item, which obviously I didn't do, the item was returned by customs.
despite the numerous communications I made with Sterzeal Hats during the purchase about the status of the order, and after the item was returned, I never received a feedback email, and I continue to wait for the money to be returned or for the hat to be sent to me legally.
