J'ai acheté en 2021 en stéthoscope…

J'ai acheté en 2021 en stéthoscope classic III. 3 ans après le grand pavillon ne transmet plus le son. J'ai essayé de les contacter pour avoir une solution et faire intervenir la garantie de 5 ans mais ils n'ont fait que m'envoyer un article. Maintenant quand j'essaie de leur envoyer un message il ne s'envoie plus. J'ai bien l'impression qu'ils ne veulent pas que je puisse faire appel à la garantie jusqu'à ce qu'elle arrive à expiration.

Bedriegers, leveren niet!

Dringend nieuwe stethoscoop nodig, model enkel bij hen in voorraad, dus 30 euro extra betaald, met de belofte van levering binnen de 3 dagen.
Een week later zelfs nog geen verzendingsbericht. Covid zal weer het excuus zijn zeker? Toch raar dat de concurrentie wel binnen de 2 dagen levert.
