All the staff were brilliant, from my initial enquiry in store, through measuring, and finally fitting. They were all very helpful, friendly and did a really good job.
The quality of the workmanship was good, I elected to use my own fabric, so the creases still visible in the blinds are probably to be expected, the bonded blackout lining is good. However, I think they were a little bit expensive, given that I supplied the fabric.
Where they really missed out on a 'good' rating rather than 'average', was the length of time it took to get the blinds. I was forewarned that there was quite a long lead in time, which I accepted, However, this was exacerbated by problems in communications (initial quote not received, wrong telephone number when they were trying to arrange for delivery/fitting).

Highly recommend using Steve Bane Fabrics, I’ve always received nothing but the best service from a all of the team always very professional and very friendly, will definitely be using again and recommending

Colour of the fabrics matched the online colour. Fabric a bit thinner than I expected as it said t shirt material in the description and I expected therefore a more substantial weight. Packed well and arrived very quickly.

My bedroom has three windows so the curtains (which are floor to ceiling) cover most of two walls. They were touching the floor when first fitted but this was soon corrected and I won’t take off any points because of that!

I am very happy with the curtains which I ordered from Steven Bane Fabrics. The sales staff were patient and helpful, offered suggestions and showed me all sorts of fabrics. I placed my order and it was delivered slightly ahead of schedule. All the rooms now look dressed, warm and inviting and I can't thank them enough for helping me to choose such beautiful curtains.
