Well made watch, arrived on time.
Excellent!

Watch parts were scattered and tossed around in the box, the company did not fulfill on “will have a surprise to change the look of your watch”. No additional parts to change the look of anything. Kit was poorly put together, and subpar quality. Presentation was disheveled and tool quality was cheap.

Arrived ahead of promised date.
Looking forward to additional acquisitions from this Team.

Love the enamel dial of President Trump, very good quality of workmanship of the watch.
I would've preferred a 39mm dial due to my small wrist ( it did not deter me from buying another one ) but it is a piece of history, and a very good example of that.
Highly recommend it.

The watch doesn’t seem to allow you to set it. Can’t move the crown at all to set the time in the way I’ve set every other watch I’ve owned in the past.

Super annoying, it looks cool, but cant be used as an actual watch.

I rally love my Magaga watch, it actually gets quickly mistaken for a Rolex all the time with its jubilee bracelet. The artwork is great and it’s basic with no fuss features. It gets compliments and rhetoric wherever it goes.

I purchased a hand painted Trump watch for my birthday present to myself and was able to have it placed in a 2 tone bezel. It is awesome and I had family from out of the US with me the day it arrived. They loved it also and I get compliments on it from strangers. Although I consider it in total as a 5 star experience. The day it arrived when I took it out of the box and 1 of the wrist band pins was not secure and it fell from my wrist to the stone flooring I have thus damaging the side of the bezel. When I called and e-mailed to see if anything could be done no one answered the call or email. I look at it as only I would notice it but it can give an impresion that no one cares after the payment. Don't get me wrong, I love the watch and will probably purchase more (because I am a watch freak). Just info for management to know.

I purchased the hand painted Trump Magaga watch as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. I was too excited to see his reaction and could not wait until Christmas to give it to him! As soon as he opened the box all he could say was “no way!” “Are you serious?” “Is this Trump?” “No one has ever bought me such a personalized gift!” Thank you Steve Muller for creating such a special watch and moment for our first Christmas together!

This company sucks.
1. The picture shown in the ad is not what I got. For example, the ad showed a black date window which matched the black face but it was not, it was white.
2. The band was so small that when I put it on I was in the last hole, it looked silly. And I am not a big guy. Also, the band was really cheap plastic.
3. When I asked about returning the watch they initially did not want to help me at all. When I pressed the issue they kept referring me around to different people, wanted all these pictures, etc. I never even wore the watch.

I finally had to sell the watch on Ebay at a $150 loss.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

While the watch itself is beautiful, their website is misleading w false advertisement re shipping times. They offer an expedited shipping service for an additional fee, for shipping in 2-4 business days. I ordered my watch Nov 20 and it arrived Nov 28, over 6 business days (their standard delivery) missing the event for which I ordered it. Despite paying an additional fee for 2-4 days delivery from time of order, they refused to refund the expedited shipping fee claiming requiring additional 2-3 days processing time which is listed NOWHERE on the product shipping and delivery details when you go to order it. Their complete lack of ability to address the fact that their website ONLY states the shipping time and not the processing time when you go to order just shows that their customer service and general website information is highly flawed and advertise falsely. Don’t pay extra w these people for expedited delivery, because when it doest’t arrive in time, they keep your money and try to gaslight you. Hi BBB

I changed the watch after I ordered. I called, and it was easy to get someone. The correct watch came, and my husband loves it!
