So kind when ordering my father’s memorial, nothing was too much trouble, professional, empathetic, and
when the stone was placed it was excellent in every way

Stevenson Memorials provide an outstanding five star service.
Our family have always chosen to use this long-established local company for memorials.
After our mother's death recently we requested a complete change of the wording on our dad's existing headstone in Pleasington Cemetery - including adding Mum's details.
We also decided that we would like to add a plinth in front of the existing memorial to keep that area looking lovely in the years to come.
We were treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism throughout all of our dealings with Stevenson's Memorials.
Their colleagues checked the Stevenson's Memorials records and ordered the same granite from Italy to match the existing headstone that we ordered 20+ years earlier.
We were kept up to date with the progress of the order. We received a courtesy call to let us know when they took the existing headstone away to update, and we received a further email to advise when the work was completed, which included a photograph of the redesigned memorial.
As a footnote, when we placed the order, I was asked whether there were any dates coming up around the expected delivery date of the granite, by which it would be nice to have the works completed. We received the email of completion of the works on the date we suggested - Mum and Dad's wedding anniversary. Such a lovely touch!

This is the second time I have used Stevenson Memorials. The team in Blackburn were outstanding and handled discussions with compassion making the whole experience easy and straight forward at a very difficult time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I wanted an additional memorial stone added to an existing memorial tree and within minutes of sitting down the original order from 7 years ago was located and brought up on the computer which made matching a new memorial quick and easy. I emailed them the wording and picture then with the week the order was finalised and a date of when the stone was likely to be placed was given.

The stone was place 3 weeks earlier than expected and I received a lovely email with photos when it has been placed.

The whole process was made so straight forward which is very appreciated. Thank you

Stevenson Memorials have been so helpful. My contact with Daniel has been via email as I live in the US. They sent a technical team out to the cemetery so check on the state of an existing headstone and have revamped it along with creating a totally new desk top for my mother who wanted her ashes to be placed with her parent's. Thank you for everything you have done they are amazing.

Stevensons memorials have done an excellent job of doing my dads headstone they made sure it matched with the side that was there and everything was re-touched up couldn't be happier it looks beautiful they were good at communicating they were very helpful very respectful I would highly recommend them

Greg, who I spoke to, couldn't have been more helpful and respectful in advising me about the wording on the plaque, even asking about any special dates that would be coming up. When I said a birthday would have been imminent he said he would try to get it done by then although it was shorter than the usual time it takes to do this. I was very happy to see that this had been achieved and would be forever grateful. Many thanks to all the staff concerned for their very professional service.

Brilliant, first-class service.

Stevenson’s made a headstone for my dad, 25 years ago. My mum died recently so her name needed to be added. Stevenson’s, again, did a great job. The lettering matches perfectly both in colour and font, despite the 25 year gap, and looks superb. It was completed and refitted exactly on schedule Thank you so much. Highly recommended company.
