Claire & Mhairi made the mortgage process easy, I had previously contacted another mortgage advisor who gave me no advice regarding being a first time buyer and would have cost a fee. Claire was able to find a mortgage for my unique situation (Gov H2B on the property, with a consent to let in place) where others were not. Mhairi was brilliant in her support to me and the case, which was delayed due to Conveyancing Solicitors being inefficient. They were both knowledgeable, expedient and genuine…I can’t thank them enough.
