Highly recommend, great company
Used several times over the years at different properties on windows/doors/conservatories/fascia's/guttering.

My front door which has fitted in 2017 became faded, and discoloured. It was still within the 10 year guarantee. I didn't realise this, but had contacted St Helens Windows to see if they could recommend a painter. My query was dealt with by a very professional young lady called Kierra. The outcome was that I had a replacement door fitted. She was absolutely brilliant, and a credit to the company. St Helens Windows didn't quibble either about it nearly being out of guarantee.

Our experience with St Helens Windows was perfect from start to finish. My initial enquiry to arrange a home visit was answered quickly & efficiently. Alan visited to measure up & then sat down with us to discuss what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable & had samples.
We decided quickly & ordered the windows/doors. Gary then came to confirm the exact order. We were then given a fitting date. The fitters, Ewan & Tyler were just amazing ! They worked hard for 5 days (one being Good Friday) & nothing was too much trouble. They arrived exactly when they said & were very polite & conscientious. The outcome has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend 'St Helens Windows'

Communication was excellent from the beginning of the process until completion. We had to cancel the first appointment with the rep but re-arranging was no issue. The rep, Alan, was informative, helpful and not at all pushy helping us to decide on the best design. Installation was very good, prompt and professional. There was a small problem with the glass which was explained to us and rectified very quickly by the company. Would highly recommend.

We shopped around for door prices and was told to talk to st helens windows and doors the sales rep was really good explained everything answered all our questions and explained really well really nice guy we had front and back door front door was moved out aswell all done in lrss then a day and all cleaned up nice guy who fitted them really good job and prices great would really recomend all over job excellent

We had been thinking of having bay windows & doors replaced for a while but were unsure which company to use. We were recommended St Helens windows by a friend & arranged a chat to see if we felt confident in them. We were impressed by Alan who came to see us & he suggested a visit to the factory to meet the owner who gave us a tour of the manufacturing plant. We were very impressed. There was no pressure selling at all and we were given the advice that we sought and needed. The price was very competitive and a date for installation was agreed. The 2 men that installed the windows and doors turned up on time and worked neatly despite some bad weather. The job was completed on time.
The windows and doors are great quality and we are very pleased.

Absolutely worst ever, doors cracked, not secured properly, massive gaps just a joke

I have just had a new Porch and roof extension made by St Helens Windows, which I am extremely pleased with , it has been installed to a very high standard , it has also transformed the look of my home giving it a modern aesthetically pleasing look
Gary/Steve and all men who worked on the porch etc even in the cold month of January through to February 2025 did so in a cheerful professional manner and were respectful, polite , on time and tidied up after themselves all I can say is they are an excellent team , I would highly recommend them all hence the 5 stars and a big Thank You to you all

We have previously used this company for window replacements and although there were problems, they had responded rapidly to fix them. So when we looked to having an extension and orangery we looked to them first. For a number of reasons the contract didn't go ahead and we eventually got most of our deposit back. My main issue however was the poor communication. I felt I was constantly emailing or ringing without response. At one point suspected my email address had been blocked. I am actually still awaiting a letter with details of the breakdown as promised back in October but refuse to chase them anymore.

This is the second time I’ve used this company, they did a great job on my first house so didn’t want to go anywhere else for our new house. Ben and the team were Brilliant every step of the way, really helpful and one of the best price wise.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I contacted St.Helens windows to covert my old conservatory into a more modern looking extension & I am overwhelmed with the results.
It looks amazing and has totally transformed the area into a kitchen / garden room.
Everyone I came into contact with from the company was very professional and the workmanship is excellent.
We also had new windows fitted throughout.
I would definitely recommend using St. Helens windows for work are your home.

Good quality product and fitting of windows alone was good. But issues with marked pvc sill covers, scratched glass & opening window alignment issues. Also fitters seemed to forget that they are in somebody elses home with floors scratched. Customer service approach is quite dismissive when you try and complain. All issues were resolved but not a great customer experience.
18/06 it's a shame that this company is only quick to respond to a 3 star review and not to an email documenting issues experienced at installation. We had to chase for answers which makes the experience unnecessarily stressful. Especially when there seems a reluctance to commit any intent to resolve issues in writing.I acknowledge that we did not mention the floor but given the dismissive customer service, I doubt it would have been resolved.

They have taken our money, without permission, during a dispute about the faulty door. They will not give money back and have ceased communication. The door is scratched, chipped, loose trims and DOESNT SHUT PROPERLY. It has either not been made to the right measurements or the fitter (who has been out three times) has damaged it beyond repair so now its skewed and doesnt sit flush or close shut without giving it a big shove. We are in despair. Update: After taking the money and ignoring us for over two weeks, the business saw this review and phoned me 5 times in one day, 4 times back to back, they threatened legal action if I did not take review down. Be aware that few negative reviews might be due to people being intimidated into taking review down, I refused to take review down. A paralegal company got in touch, as this was not legal action I have not removed the review.

From initial contact to final installation of replacement porch door and bargeboards and gutters I encountered only friendly, well-mannered and efficient personnel. At the end of the job they cleaned up thoroughly and removed all rubbish from the site. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Had 2 back doors fitted. Absolutely fantastic. The lads who done the job were very friendly & cleaned up after themselves. Great service

Had a front door fitted in November 2021wish I hadn’t bothered, the door isn’t straight and never has been, my old door was so much better.

Our conservatory has just been completed.We have been extremely impressed with the speed of build and professionalism of all the staff from Ben in sales to Greg and Cliff who made the footings and base, the brothers who carried out the build, one of who worked right through his birthday as well as the plasterers and electricians involved. All were polite and removed all rubbish.
All in all we now have a home improvement to be proud of and would not hesitate to use St Helens Windows for any future work.
