Amazing! Love my stickers!

I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with Stickerapp. Ive made over a dozen orders now and my stickers always come out flawless. I get constant compliments on their quality, theyre always made exactly to how I note for them to be, if there is any confusion Stickerapp reaches out promptly to clarify. As an artist, I recommend them to all my fellow art friends.

Really love this site! At first I was worried because of some of the reviews but their customer service is awesome. I had some super minor print issues with my first order but they were so accommodating and reprinted them quickly at no extra cost with even some extras! I also ordered custom mirror stickers and was a bit worried that the mirror effect wouldn't be where I wanted it, but they shipped it out so quick and got it absolutely perfect! I was amazed. The print/colors are nicer than other services I've used in the past too.

I ordered a small batch of stickers from this company and somehow the shipment never made it to my address despite saying it was delivered here. I notified Stickerapp and they made it right even though it probably was no fault of their own and printed out a second batch and shipped using UPS this time. That was today so I can’t speak on anything other than the customer service experience at this point which was very timely and easy to communicate with.

Be cautious.
I ordered a batch of stickers only to realize moments later that I had a typo in the design. After fixing the design, I emailed stickerapp (less that 3hrs time) informing them of the mistake and asking if I could email an updated design for the order. It was not until 245am, approximately 7 hours later, that I received a response email saying that my order had been printed and that there was nothing that could be done. I cannot be too upset, as it was my mistake to begin with, but I can't help but feel that if I had been responded to promptly, then the issue could've been resolved.

After identifying that nothing could be done, I was offered 20% my next order. I was glad to take the discount but was not instructed on how to apply said discount. I've emailed customer support multiple times over the span of 2 days without any response on their end. I would really like to continue business with the company, but the overall experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

WHERE CAN I GET HELP!?!?! I feel ROBBED! I paid for my stickers... I have not received emails... i have NOT had ANY response from my emails. WHERE IS MY MONEY STICKERAPP????

This is a great company that can be trusted. I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case on a custom order. They are replacing the incorrect order free of charge. That is incredible customer service in this day and age. I highly recommend them for changing up how your phone looks!!

i have purchased stickers from them back in April but the first tracking number was just a generated USPS label they never shipped my item. i know this because i work in a shipping department anyways i reach out to them 3 times before they say that they will ship out my items AGAIN now iam still waiting.... next step is to report them to my bank to start the process of a return

Wow!!! I’m so shocked and excited ! My experience with the peeps of StickerApp has been amazing- their employees emailed my right away after I placed my order to help me finalize my design to get it to a perfect spot! Big thank you StickerApp- I will definitely be a longtime costumer !

1. Ordered 1 set of 25 of round Heavy Duty and 1 set of 48 Die Cut stickers on 01.05.20 with an estimated delivery date of 13/05/2020 - 20/05/2020.
2. This time there was no e-mail confirming they had been despatched.
3. Received stickers on 19/05/2020 (within estimated delivery date).
4. Both sets of stickers were of the same high quality as the 1st set.
5. The size of both sets of stickers was as stated.
6. I actually received a couple more stickers of both sets that I ordered and the same freebies that I got with the 1st order.

2 orders, all 3 designs perfectly reproduced and cut and both received within the estimated delivery dates. The stickers I used outdoors from the 1st set are still in place by the way.

From my personal experience, I would heartily recommend them and will definitely use them again.

i ordered stickers 2 months ago. they charged me 60 dollars and never sent me my order. i’ve reached out to customer service at least 4-5 times and no one has responded. this is a scam. do not ever order anything, i’m shocked by the positive reviews.

Paid £22 via PayPal. Never received my order. Never received a tracking number. Never received a confirmation number.

Excellent material and accurate shipping regarding the situation thats going on right Now def going to order more stickers for a small business im starting up.

Definitely buying from sticker app again! More affordable than sticker mule, literally the exact same amazing quality. My followers have been asking for stickers for forever, and I feel excited to sell these because they are so durable! I’m also blown away by the options they have!

I’ve ordered from stickerapp quite a few times, and have been satisfied with each order! Colors turn out great, along with the cut. I’ve ordered a few of their different materials and have loved the turn out. I’ve used transparent, standard contour cut, holographic, and the mirror material. They all fit what I wanted in my designs. Love it. Keep it up!

The stickers ship from SWEDEN.

They notified me that the order had shipped days ago but the tracking information just sat there inactive. I contacted them and they said it will likely arrive in 10 days, more than 17 days from the order date. Very disappointed. Will not order with them again.
