Wrong colour - not as approved
Supplied stickers with totally different back ground colour to what was ordered and approved by proof.
StickerDot claim they were within design parameters but l call Bull. I spent over 1 1/2 decades in printing industry.
StickerDot refused reprint or refund - offered discount on future orders, but we won't use them again.
Have to file these in trash, as too similar to another groups stickers which what we were trying to avoid.

Regarding your colour concern, please be advised that normally, the colour seen on the monitor will be brighter than that of the printed product. A CMYK colour code is used to produce your print in the printing industry. However, screens present the colour in an RGB colour code. When proof of digital artwork is supplied, it is important to remember that colours can vary from screen to screen. The colours on your screen are made of light, so they will always appear brighter than what can be printed. The brightness and temperature of your screen can also affect your perception of colours.
Also, the submitted file artwork that we used as a guide for our team to recreate was a JPG (image), and no specific brand or colour value was provided or advised. Should we've known there was a required colour tone, we could have set the proof so we could print closer to the required colour.
As our valued client, our offer will be open for you anytime should you get a new batch so that we can make it up to you.
We would appreciate another chance to earn your business so that we can deliver a better experience next time.

Only half of the stickers had a cut on the back for easy peeling, but overall they turned out great. Will definitely be re-ordering in the future!

BEWARE
BEWARE: Although supposedly based in New Zealand, their printing is outsourced offshore to Korea. They consistently breach the NZ Consumer Law Act. I have mentioned this several times, and they seem to think that their own Terms and Conditions trump NZ law. It is absolutely appalling and unacceptable to operate here like they do. I have been in this industry for 20 years and have never had issues with a printer like this. They do not accept fault and will not issue a refund or replacement with my expected quality or timeframe. I have been arguing with them for 5 months and this was for a product release so had to go elsewhere to get the job done properly. I had the same artwork completed by a local company previously, and their version looked like a dog's dinner in comparison. They have just lost thousands of dollars of printing from me. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CON-ARTISTS.

I have used stickerdot a number of times now and have loved them in the past, however, the last order I made with them, I noticed the quality of the product was not to the same high standard. Not sure if I would use them again after my latest experience.
