I paid for a brand product and received a product from Wish. Product is fine but the fact that I paid 5 times as much as I would have if I ordered directly at wish is unacceptable. Sending a complaint made no difference, stickitchen never replied.
In February I ordered the decorating tips and a silicone bag. I received the tips and waited for the bag to arrive. After a few weeks it hadn't arrived so I emailed customer support letting them know. They replied saying they would have the shipping department check on it. I still had not received it in May so I again emailed them. It is now the end of July and I STILL have not received the bag and have not gotten a reply from customer support. Fortunately the bag was not expensive so I am not out much money but I will not be ordering anything else from this company.
They buy their items on wish. So save more than 90 % and buy them directly from wish instead. When you receive your package it even says Wish in the sender area
