Poor communication and lack of customer…

Poor communication and lack of customer service when doing a return as the size they advised was wrong. DHL returned the package after I paid $89 for the return - because StickyZoo did not get back to me with the details DHL requested. I have spoken to them and they have still hesitated giving the details.

Client services are amazing

Client services are amazing, they give follow-up and answer doubts, I received a camera charm instead of a dog (it was a gift) but they explain the reason and I felt heard. Besides this, the notebook is so cute and good quality! Thank you

I will be sadly shopping elsewhere

I've never had an online shopping experience quite like this and I've never left an online review for a brand before.

I placed an order in December after relying on information presented on the product page. Unfortunately, my experience raised multiple transparency and customer service concerns.

Key issues:

The product page contained misleading information, including the claim “order before 23:59 – ships tomorrow”, which was not honoured.

A promotion countdown timer reset continuously for over a week with no change to the discount, messaging, or banners, creating a false sense of urgency.

My welcome discount code arrived in my email inbox the day after I placed my order. I waited a short while for the code to arrive and would have waited longer if the countdown wasn't 'ending'.

My order was shipped directly from China, which is not disclosed anywhere on their website.

When I queried the inaccurate “ships tomorrow” claim, customer service deflected the question by responding about delivery speed after dispatch and customs fees, which was unrelated to the issue raised.

Creators on TikTok have posted videos showing very similar products available on AliExpress for a fraction of the price.

Customer service responses were slow, inconsistent, and dismissive, despite the website stating replies within 24–48 hours. Communication stopped entirely after I requested escalation. One message I was sent via WhatsApp simply said 'If it's not written down, it doesn't exist'. This response followed an attempt to redirect my question about misleading dispatch information toward customs fees, which was not what I had asked.

When I attempted to follow up publicly after being ignored by their team, my Instagram comment was deleted, along with other negative comments from customers reporting similar experiences.

Very disappointing experience as a first time customer that has followed the brand for a few years. Sharing this to warn others and in the hope the brand addresses its transparency and customer service practices.

A notebook with a shiba

I got my red notebook with a Shiba on it. It looks amazing and the leather is very soft and pleasant to the touch! The delivery didn’t take long. I’m very happy with the purchase!

Made in China

I placed my order almost a month ago. I opted and paid for Priority Express Shipping. Still haven’t received the order. They promise next day shipping. It didn’t ship for almost a week. And then was shipped from CHINA, not the small batch products from the “Atelier in Europe” they lie about on their site. I tracked this package going from location to location in China. When I called them out on the fact that they aren’t honest about the origins of their product, they made up some ChatGPT nonsense about fulfilment centres. Basically, they’re a drop-shipping storefront for white-labelled mass produced goods that they simply personalise with their branding and charge 15x more than Temu. Don’t fall for it. If I ever receive this package, it’s going straight back.

I placed an order on Oct 26 and never received my order. Trying to get an answer was horrible, they didn’t care and offered no help. After a lot of hassle I finally received my refund in January. I will never buy from them again.

This company has an extremely poor customer service and predatory return/exchange policies

This company has an extremely poor customer service. I ordered their product as a gift. It arrived many weeks later. Seeing how the size was incorrect, I kindly requested an exchange and refund. They asked me to send a photo of the tags with sizes and the immediately refused to both refund or exchange and unworn and unused item because of their predatory exchange policies.
