Final product looks great - simple mistakes cause lack of stars
Final product looks great. The art design team/customer service was helpful. Lack of stars is for time between order and initial contact (looks like I never got the first email, so I had to follow up) and then the number of simple mistakes that stretched our design time out a few days (such as typos that would be fixed in one and then wrong again in the next).

Great communication, above and beyond
I appreciated the communication from real human beings throughout the process. Moreover, the team went above and beyond for me: When my school logo graphic was too lo-res for what I wanted to print and I couldn’t track down a higher quality one, their graphic team recreated it so I wouldn’t have to cancel the order. Can’t wait to give teachers school sticky notes for Christmas!
