Ik ben Robin, geboren en getogen in Antwerpen. Als hoofdberoep werk ik als procesoperator in de chemische sector — maar daarnaast borrelt er iets creatiefs in mij. Daaruit is Stikstof ontstaan: een bijberoep met een eigen karakter. Stikstof is een kledingmerk met geborduurde woorden — scherp, Vlaams en altijd minimalistisch. Geen schreeuwerige prints of slogans, wel T-shirts en truien van topkwaliteit, geborduurd met herkenbare woorden zoals Keirel, Onozeleir of Deust. Subtiele statements, gedragen met stijl. De naam is geen toeval: het is een knipoog naar mijn chemische achtergrond. Ik werk uitsluitend met duurzame kledij van Stanley/Stella en laat elk stuk pas maken wanneer jij bestelt. Slow fashion, lokaal bedacht, eerlijk geproduceerd.
