Esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima. Acquisto un pantalone beige ma arrivato il pantalone in realtà è marrone. Chiedo info per il reso e alla terza finalmente rispondono. Mentre effettuo il reso mi dicono che c'è stato un errore con il codice del colore e provano in tutti i modi a propormi altri prodotti ma io voglio solamente il rimborso. Rimborso che dopo 14 giorni di tempo ancora non è arrivato, così che ho aperto una contestazione paypal. Venditore per niente professionale, mai più.

problemi in consegna e in fase di reso

In fase d'ordine viene indicata la disponibilità della merce, invece ho dovuto sollecitare più volte la consegna e il venditore prendeva sempre tempo. Ordine effettuato il 07 maggio, ricevuto il 01 giugno. Per il reso ancora peggio. Ho inviato vari messaggi per sapere dove e come dovevo rispedire la merce ma non ricevevo mai risposta. Ho chiesto l'intervento di paypal e magicamente il giorno dopo si sono fatti vivi. Hanno provato anche a dirmi che se non chiudevo la contestazione paypal non potevano effettuare il reso.
