Quality - rock solid.
Delivery - lots of room for improvement.
I have two experiences now of STIO being slow on requests for expedited delivery. The latest is a request (and payment) I made for 2 day delivery on a jacket I needed for an Alaska vacation. I made the purchase on Saturday (I understand this is a weekend day). The following Tuesday I got notice that it just shipped. Not impressed. The package did arrive before I left for AK (arrived Thursday - 5 days after order), but it was tight and not what I was paying for.
The jacket quality and fit was the high standard I expect and pay for from STIO, but the delivery was not.

I just purchased insulated long pants and waterproof and insulated winter outdoor pants. Their products are wonderful and while a little pricey, when you look at how long their garments last and hold up, their products are actually well priced and deliver a major bang for the buck. Thanks Stio for making such great garments that both look and feel great.

Completely unresponsive customer service.

I practically live in their Turpin Fleece Pants all winter - super soft and warm, they're the best sweatpants I've ever owned and they elevate all of my winter lounging (I have 3 pairs). I also have their Hometown Down Hooded jacket (bought per a Wirecutter recommendation), which I absolutely love - super warm and flattering fit.

I found this company to be ready to help with all my issues. They were able to cancel and order that I placed and had already submitted.
Their coats are high quality and fit good.
I believe they are a good company to purchase clothing from.

Customer service great! Styling with an individual touch. Quality is great. Been buying Stio (I mean the man, Steve) since his Cloudveil days.

Been skiing/Patrolling for over 50 years. Wear bibs 90% of the time. Try the Figment bibs. Best style I’ve owned. Pockets all over the place, but right where you want them.

Ridiculously long ship times…2 weeks from California to Colorado. They use the “Shop” service to purchase and ship, so you have no idea what the shipping status is.

I purchased a "Wilcox" fleece vest from Stio which began to pill within the first two months of occasional use. It was highly rated on their website. When Stio advised that pilling was not covered by their warranty, I left an informative, negative review, which never appeared on the website. This explains the absence of any negative reviews.

Excellent product selection. Always something for any activity no matter the time of year.

Just got my CFS shoes and they are awesome! Stop is really killing it!

Not to mention the Customer Experience team is incredibly responsive and helpful when needed.

I moved to New York from down south and my parents made sure I had the perfect parka from Stio for the winter. I've had my parka for 3 years and have no complaints. It keeps me warm in the wind and has roomy pockets for everything.

Great company! gear is always great and support was fantastic after a shipping issue I had! 10/10 would recommend.

I love my stio jackets and shoes. They are comfortable and cozy and pair well with basically everything. I basically live in my stio shoes and want to buy several more. My experience at the stio store in Bend, OR was nice. The employees were very kind and helpful, and I purchased a great t-shirt that is made from such comfortable fabric. My stio hydro flask is also my favorite for keeping up on daily hydration and keeps the temperature just perfect for a long period of time.

Love Stio's gear. Always seem to have the right color palette (never too garish, but always fun color combos). I use most of my Stio clothes for outdoors stuff, and always seem to stand up to the test of running/climbing/cycling, etc.
I disagree with a couple of the other reviews about customer service - I've always found them really responsive and willing to find a solution.
My only slight issue is that I'm not always the same size in their bottoms. Sometimes a S, sometimes an XS.

Beautiful site, amazing products and great customer service!

I love Stio's clothing line, the shoes, AND the stores. Let's start with the stores--I've been to two of them and they are always spotless, super well organized, colorful (I love color in my outdoor clothing) and the Stio folks are always knowledgeable and helpful, without being intrusive. I love my Stio jacket, vest and shirts--so comfortable, lightweight, cozy (when needed), and colorful (again!). The shoes--I never want to take them off. I have Stio shoes for winter, summer, and the shoulder seasons now. Highly recommended.

Great products that are backed up by great customer service! Picked up the Pinion Down Parka and it is glorious! Warm, light weight and packable!
