Not Recommended at all - Don't waste your money
I ordered a Pack of 2 Plain Grey & Black Hoodies (Code: ST-(6525) – Large) from your website. However, when the parcel was delivered, I received Grey and Yellow hoodies instead of Grey and Black. This means the product delivered to me does not match my confirmed order.
I reported this issue immediately and requested a replacement, but it has now been 5 days and I have not received any response. I have tried calling your customer support several times, but my calls were not answered. I also contacted you through WhatsApp support, and even though your support status shows online, my messages have not been replied to.
