I love my Stitch Fix boxes.
Everything fits, fabulous quality and styles and designs I probably would not choose myself, but they absolutely work.
Stylists always work to my requirements and the option to rate different looks/styles means I get more personalised boxes.
Only once had to return an item and that was just as easy.

So disappointed in what I have received in both boxes. The most recent one came yesterday and three of the items I didn’t even bother unfolding. Everything was back in the box and sealed up within a hour. The AI clearly isn’t working, I filled out all the requirements on my profile and did daily shuffles, yet the clothes were boring and frumpy. The second box contained a near identical item to one I returned in the first one.

Almost 200 pounds has been taken from my account even after I unsubscribed from the account I made on stitch fix and they are terrible to get hold of even though I have written emails to them about it they haven’t got back to me don’t use this site it is a scam

It is impossible to pause 'fixes' for more than 3 months and also impossible to deactivate your account.

Highly recommend, very happy. So straightforward, stylist sent excellent choices, and I kept all that was sent. Lovely quality and so easy.

Disappointing and daylight robbery!
I was so excited to start stitch fix, thinking I’d have someone who would help find clothes to suit my body shape etc. I’ve received 4 boxes - the first 2 boxes I reluctantly kept 1 item as I was clinging onto the idea/hope that it was successful. The next 2 boxes I kept nothing (and still had to pay the £10 charge fee each time). The stylists don’t listen to you, and seemingly don’t bother to read the long questionnaire you fill out. The amount of times I said I wanted nice going out tops with short sleeves and got either every basic tees or tops with straps / cap sleeves. And all very frumpy, not stylish! So frustrating. Needless to say I’ve just cancelled future orders and will never try using this business again.

Was really hopeful (love the idea of Stitch Fix) but really disappointed. I requested casual maxi dresses with sleeves (I always cover tops of my arms) and specifically said no midi dresses (explaining I’m tall and they just don’t suit) along with sone going out tops. In the pre send selection all dresses were midi. I declined all reminding them of my requirements. My fix arrived and only included one dress…which was sleeveless and tops that I’d say were casual rather night out dressy! I really wanted to be introduced to new brands and some great pieces but wasn’t listened too and felt really it wasn’t worth the fee.

Dreadful. They don't actually look at what you've specified. My first box was nothing that i wanted but due to ill health I ended up stuck with and had to sell the items. The second box despite my prefences of no spaghetti straps of khaki, was spaghetti straps and khaki! Along with the same shirt from the previous box. Lost another ten pounds for not even one item which is h8vely disappointing.

I can’t recommend Stitchfix highly enough. I’ve had 16 fixes and it has completely changed how I dress. I was always a very unimaginative shopper / dresser and now I have so much choice of pieces that I really love. It has the perfect balance of choosing pieces which fit my style but also pushing me to try wearing something I never would have before. I always look forward to my next fix and generally keep 2 - 3 items, sometimes all.

Tried two fixed. Both ignored my budget completely. What's the point in asking for a budget your stylists will completely ignore?
Can't zoom in on photos of clothes. How basic of a function is this??

I love the variety of clothing that I have received, the quality of the fabrics,styles at cut.
Stitch fix has enabled me to choose clothing that I normally wouldn't have considered would suit me.
If I don't like a garment I can just return it, no fuss.

I generally like stitch fix but I do query whether a stylist looks at anything at all or in detail. I've just been sent petite jeans, when they know I'm 5"10 which is a bit disappointing

So, I’m a nightmare to shop for, I won’t even do it, so I was pretty negative going into this process, though I did like the look of a lot of the ads coming through my Insta page, so I went for it. I’ve just received my first box after a bit more swiping on design ideas I liked. It’s a really simple process, which I like. 1 of the items feels like it was made specifically for me, the fit is that good, and another was also lovely. I’m keeping 2/5 items, though I could defo see why the 5 were put together. Lovely personalised comment and style ideas. Though the prices seem high to me because I haven’t been shopping for ages, I’m sure they’re aligned to the high street. So far so very very good! Thanks Paula & Stitch Fix, you’ve brightened my day! Also, v happy they ship via Royal Mail.

Scammers. I had a free trial with a £10 credit yet they continuously tried to take money from my bank account. I cancelled my account, unsubscribed and have never received any products or services from this company. Now several months have passed and they have taken money out of my bank account without my consent.

Diastasis recti is the reason I've come to stitch fix as I was really struggling to find clothes that were flattering and made me feel confident when going back to work and for the summer. I've had one fix so far and I really feel like the stylist listened to what I needed (the list was long and precise!) and sent me some beautiful clothes I'm really excited to wear. It was a lot of money to spend on myself but it's totally worth it. Can't wait for the next one! Thanks again 😊

Paid no attention to my preferences. I asked for dresses and skirts to wear to work and specifically said no bags, jackets or trousers, as I didn’t need to purchase any of those items. However, my whole list of suggested items were handbags, trousers and jackets. They suggested one skirt, which did fit my specifications, but I didn’t like it. Waste of time.

The suggestions were exactly what i was looking for. While i didn't take all the clothes, usually 3-5 items were kept.

I used Stitchfix for 4 months and now i have taken a pause.

I've been using stitch fix for over a year and have updated my wardrobe through them and now feeling much happier with what I'm wearing rather than the same old thing all the time!

I've only had one issue with the quality of the clothing with a seam going on an item I had worn once, but was offered either a refund or replacement with no issues at all.

If you spend the time to preview your fix and occasionally pop on their website to say what you do and don't like, the clothing that comes is to your style.

The only thing stopping me from giving a 5* review is the short time between 'fixes' - the longest possible is 3 months and for someone who often didn't go clothes shopping for years at a time this is a bit too often/too costly and I feel a 6 month option would be perfect for me (but appreciate I'm not their only customer!)

Every item was an excellent choice. I could not unfortunately justify buying everything.
