This is quite possibly the worst…

This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced . Ecery thing is fine until you got for an electronic private prescription and thats when the trouble starts. No pharmacy works with the platform they use unless you live in London. So anyone outside of London...do not use this service. No pharmacy works with in the city of Bristol for example . Emr pro lies on the website.

Dear Amin, thank you for leaving a review.

We are sorry you had a frustrating experience after your test. Thank you for mentioning that your testing itself was completed correctly, and your prescription was issued as intended.

The issue was with getting the electronic private prescription dispensed locally. This is very uncommon, but we understand how annoying it must have been.

Electronic private prescriptions are increasingly being accepted by many pharmacies and we have not experienced this problem this year until now. We did offer medication delivery as an alternative. This would have avoided the need to find a local pharmacy able to dispense it.

That said, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We always want patients to have a smooth service from start to finish.

We hope your treatment goes well, and we wish you the very best.

Awful felt like I was miss sold.

Awful felt like I was miss sold.. Could only test, couldn’t treat and couldn’t even recommend anywhere to receive treatment.

Sorry you did ask….

Hi, you're absolutely correct. There are some infections that need injections or specialist treatment that we cannot treat as an online provider. In these cases, we always advise on what treatment is needed and what type of specialist or clinic that you need to follow up with. We hope that you got the treatment that you needed.

Too bad...

On the day my partner and I planned to take the test, I forgot my ID…ok. I called my partner and said we should probably reschedule because I’d left my ID at home, but I’d call customer care to see if they could sort something out.

So, I called your customer care line. It took forever, and it was obvious someone kept trying to cut me off while it was ringing. I later got through, explained the situation, and asked if a photo of my ID on my phone would suffice. The rep didn’t even hesitate, confidently told me I could just show the photo at the clinic. The way he said it, you’d think he owned the clinic.

After a long day at work, I traveled down to the clinic, reassured my partner, who was coming all the way from THE MIDLANDS, that it was ok. But we got to the clinic and we was told we couldn’t take the test without a physical ID. Unbelievable.

Plus the clinic treated me like a king. They said “NO” and left me in a corner to think about what I’d done to myself, no one tried to hear a word more from me. I’ve never been treated better in my entire life.

Anyways, we took the test together last weekend. Only my partner’s result has been sent, please let me have mine too. Please. Thank you.
