We used this company twice, one both occasions the service has been poor. We paid for next day delivery but did not receive the good next day, i've asked for VAT 5 times. Will not be using them again.

Very nice sample of the drinks available. Excellent delivery. Ideal for accommodation to expand the room trays. However, personally I did not enjoy the VIT drinks, but that is just me. The other choices were very good indeed, and will be added to our accommodation for next year.

These little sachets of wonder arrived well packaged. They are lovely tasting, and the beauty of them is you just add them to water. I purchased the VitStix tropical citrus flavour. They were purchased for the natural energy they provide. I feel the price is just right for the 10 in the packet and purchased 3 packs in the 25% off summer sale event so got even more for my money.

Disappointing Service.
I received an email confirmation that my order had been dispatched on August 8th. I have received nothing. I had no reply to four emails and no reply to numerous attempts at 'live chat' on their website but I found a mobile number for them eventually and they have now promised a re-delivery.
I have bought from them before with no problems but they need to make it easier to contact them when something goes wrong.

Stix drinks helped me stay well and healthy everyday and through the Covid times.

Fantastic for the holiday let. We provide tea and coffee but couldn't find a way of providing juice that would be cost effective. These are perfect. Just add one stix to a glass of water. Could also slip them in a handbag for when you're out and about.

I love the red berry stix, they’re so handy for work. I throw a handful in my bag and they’re always there when I need them. I’ve introduced a few colleagues to them too. The price could be a little better, and some other flavours, but they’re great for keeping me hydrated as I don’t like plain water

They arrived quickly. There was an issue with my order which was quickly resolved.

I tried these drinks ! And ordered lots more ! My family now use them also! The sachets were bright and colourful ! The drinks sachets mixed easily with water ! They taste fantastic love them! I drink so much more water now than I did! And bonus of all added vitamins !choice of vit stix or normal squash stix , Very reasonable priced Would highly recommend.
