Bitterly disappointed with St Kitts, I went to them as I understood they were independent but clearly not. They quoted £1590 for an x-ray which I got from another (independent) vet for £500. I am now struggling to get them to process the insurance claim, they merely say that it can take up to 6 weeks to process which imo is utterly disrespectful to their customers. I would not recommend this vets under any circumstances.
