We’re sorry to hear it took longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately, all our items are sent by standard post, and delays can happen from time to time depending on the postal service. That said, we nearly always ship orders the next day, or within two days at the latest (excluding weekends), so they’re on their way quickly from our side.

I requested the august magazine to be included with my order, have only received the September one. also dont receive 1 page year calendar anymore which was so handy.

We’re also genuinely disappointed that we can no longer include the handy one-page yearly calendar. We used to send them out for free, but with the rising printing and production costs, it sadly became impossible for us to continue.
