DON'T TRY IT - IT'S PRICY AND TERRIBLE

Deceptive free trial converts to expensive subscription with HUGE cancellation fee. Also the selection of media is limited and the interface is a mess. So it's overpriced and under delivers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. In the US the FTC and DOJ are investigating so there may be some relief in the future. If you are in US, definitely file a fraud report at ftc.gov

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
I am a student and purchased the student plan, but somehow ended up paying for adobe stock as well. I never signed up for it, yet it's up to me to cancel. And now I have to pay early cancellation fees - for a service that I never agreed on.
I reached out to customer support and they offered ✨3 months for free✨ on that annual subscription, without taking into account my message telling them that I don't need it at all and didn't even subscribe.
Then the agent left the chat without notice and without even answering my questions.

Disrespectful Company

This is a disrespectful company that will vanish soon!! I had subscribed for 40$ a month and it did say you can unsubscribe anytime you want! Yesterday I wanted to unsubscribe, it made me pay 220$! What a disrespectful company

Adobe is nothing more than a scam…

Adobe is nothing more than a scam company. My son was charged a big amount to cancel his subscription.
Then they don't have ant contact info
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I hope they will be suid for this

Only place where you pay higher prices the more you buy

I have a monthly subscription with adobe where I pay $2.99/asset. I was doing a large project and ran out of assets, they then wanted me to pay $9/asset to buy more. So they want you to pay more money per unit for buying more products from them.

Trying to force me to subscribe for $80/month instead of $30/month. It's really sad.

You pay a huge fee for cancel your subscription. Be aware of the scam!

Worst experience I ever had with a subscription based product. I wanted to cancel my Adobe subscription because the product didn't live up to my expectations. When I went to do so, Adobe charge me 6 months of subscription to be able to cancel.
My advise is don't use their product and find something else. Adobe does everything they can to milk every penny out of you. Proper costumer ethics doesn't exist within Adobe.

BE AWARE OF THE TRAP - Adobe Stock

BE AWARE! The Adobe Stock free trial after the 7 free days comes with a yearly subscription which is not clearly specified and if you want to cancel your subscription you will have to pay for 50% OF THE WHOLE YEARLY COST, i had to cancel it after paying it for the first two months and Adobe charged me 181 euros! I mean a big company like Adobe doing this kind of things seriously? Locking clients into this kind of fishy trap? This is very disappointing and so unprofessional from such a well known company. And even worse, they literally make you pay for more than half a year service but when you cancel they remove you the service at the end of the current month. This is CHEAP from you Adobe!

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Adobe Monthly fee is not monthly..it is a yearly obligation. Adobe has managed to screw up a decent product where if you need the software for short term it is not possible without a yearly contract. BUYER BEWARE it is going to cost you over $200 for a cancellation fee.

2 agents refused to help in chat

2 agents refused to help in chat - Two agents refused to help in chat - this is regarding the hefty cancellation fee reported in other reviews - no other company I have had to cancel a subscription with temporarily does this - carefully check their cancellation policy, as their customer services is appalling for those that need to take an immediate temporary break due to change in circumstances - likely my cancellation will go from temporary to permanent once I reach the end of my contracts due to above experience - Adobe you are failing your customers and at some point it will hit your reputation, repeat business and life time value of your customer - surely someone in your organisation can see this is a short-sighted practice!!

Huge scam and not worth the money

It is unclear that the initial reduced-price offer automatically leads into a YEAR LONG subscription commitment. Like many others on here I was taken advantage of by this, and cancelling the subscription with Adobe was challenging and ended in a HUGE cancellation-fee.

I will not use Adobe again and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Predatory and Misleading Initial Offer: BEWARE!

The actual images and stock video in particular are good. But it is unclear that the initial reduced-price offer automatically leads into a YEAR long commitment. Like many others on here I was taken advantage of by this, and cancelling the subscription with Adobe was challenging to see the least and involved multiple phone calls and communications with them.

Eventually my subscription was cancelled (and I'm grateful to the employee who helped me with that), but I can't help feeling taken advantage of by what is obviously intentionally misleading marketing on the part of Adobe.

Will be using alternative software in future instead.

Transparent images con...

Transparent images are ONLY available as Adobe Illustrator files. The AI files have a convoluted way of using the transparency grid layer so other applications can't get rid of the grid background. Hence you are forced to use Adobe Illustrator - at a premium cost of course, just to open the transparent image you are paying for. They supply an alternative JPG file which has the grid flattened into it and is completely useless. Nobody wants a transparent image with a grid background. What they should do is supply an alternative PNG file where the transparency is preserved. I spent an hour talking to support and predictably all they could tell me was 'buy illustrator'.

They made it difficult to cancel free…

They made it difficult to cancel free trial. Had to complete my account first which doesn't make sense when I want to cancel the plan. Then you have to answer their questions, view their offers, they ask you about 5 times if you really want to cancel. Frustrating.

Adobe, you could've done better!

I cancelled my free trial three days before the period ended after getting a reminder email - as I didn't want to forget. In the process of cancelling, it said I still had the three days to use up the rest of the credits. Turned out, my free trial was cancelled about fifteen minutes after. So, I Iost those three days, and my unused credits. I'm so disappointed! I guess other people have had issues with their subscriptions for various reasons. Really, Adobe, as a trusted brand, you could've done better!!

Still can't believe Adobe needs to scam their customers!

DON'T FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR FREE TRIAL TO AVOID PENALTY FEES OF £100.

AND, if you do forget, read below:

WHAT TO DO TO CANCEL WITHOUT A FEE?
CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PLAN AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AFTER within the trial window (usually 14 days).

I wish I had known how to do it sooner.

WORST BUSINESS ETHOS EVER!! BOYCOTT TO ADOBE IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!
