Communication about the product was forthcoming and accurate, with expedient responses and support throughout the transaction. The product was shipped properly and quickly, and arrived before expected even with standard shipping. The delivered product was excellent and in better condition than even expected. The overall price was competitive.

Purchased a laptop as a Christmas Present for a child.
Mid December the order was placed. First the item wasn't picked up for delivery , waited 7 days to to get the status of the shipment, got it a week before Christmas and they sent me the wrong charger cord.
I contacted them and was informed I could order one from eBay., and they would reimburse me the cost, Unfortunately I couldn't get the one they suggested ,on time for Christmas and had to order it from amazon which was more money. I have contacted them 3 times regarding my reimbursement and I have not once had my emails acknowledged. I am very disappointed with their no approach to contact me..

Excellent Products and Great Customer Service.

Initially received the wrong item. Contacted the seller and they provided a return shipping label and offered to exchange for the correct item.
When the item arrived, it was exactly as expected and described. The exchange process was smooth. Aside from the time spent waiting for the return/exchange process to be completed (3 weeks from placing my original order), I’m very pleased with this company.

I purchased a MacBook (scratch/dent). It arrived promptly. After a couple of weeks the charger was not working. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new charger. I expressed that I needed it quickly and they expedited the shipping with no expense for me.

I received a refurbished 2015 iMac from an ebay order to Stock4Less. The computer was carefully packaged and received in near mint condition. I had an issue with the start-up, but this was resolved by the patient expertise of their customer service representative named James.

Second time ordering from Stock4less and I am extremely pleased with their customer service. They were readily available to address every concern I had. Items arrived in excellent condition. Without a doubt, I will use them again.

Stock4less has by far the most welcoming and patient customer service team and their products are even better than advertised. My experience? Great so far!

Bought an iMac via eBay certified refurbished Nov 24th and did not receive it until Dec 10th. It had less memory than the listing described.

5 months into the 12 month warranty I heard a loud explosion and the front display fell off the chassis! Logic board, retina display, ribbon cables wrecked. After they opened it (to add the SSD) it was NOT resealed properly (according to Apple support). 5k display was held in by two strips of duct tape which failed. The so called warranty [AllState] which was advertised on the listing as covering mechanical and electronic failures is worthless because the warranty company will not pay due to shoddy workmanship. Ebay customer service told me that "eBay certified" doesn't mean anything, either and they can not help after 30 days. Seller states refurbishment was by manufacturer but Apple denies that assertion after i provided serial number. To date, seller has not offered any refund. I'm out $1,055.75. Beware.

Update: eBay administration eventually refunded me. Also the computer WAS in warranty but seller refused to assist in any way. The response he wrote here is false.

In January of 2023, I bought a 2017 MacBook Pro 15” from this seller on eBay, rated “very good” condition. Received a 2012 MacBook Pro 15” with a huge engraving on it “Property of Los Angeles Unified School District”. Seller insisted this was a “free upgrade”, that the computer was worth $630, rather than the $400 I had paid. Comparable computers on eBay show a $50-$200 price range. I asked for a free pickup return label—the seller refused. Told me I had to spend my time to take it to a UPS store. eBay refunded my money.

Anyone can make a mistake, but I find it disturbing that this seller insisted a 2012 computer was better than the 2017 computer I paid for. The 2012 was unusable with the current Apple software; I donated it to the New Hampshire Vietnam Veterans Association. 



After not hearing from stock4less for more than 4 months, they contacted me out of the blue in May of 2023, this time claiming that I had stolen the 2012 computer. Since eBay refunded my money directly and allowed stock4less to keep my original payment, they are accusing me of stealing a computer for which they were paid. I believe this is libel. 


If my complaint and other 1 star Trustpilot reviewers are any indication, this company appears to thrive on feuding with their customers. They have 1) threatened me multiple times with a lawsuit that never materialized, 2) told me they were going to activate their “secret” software to remotely disable the computer, 3) say some kind of claim has been filed against me and now—after not hearing from them for several months, 4) have accused me of stealing a computer for which they were paid. I find it difficult to believe that a reputable company would act like this. 



If you have nothing better to do with your time than squabble with a seller, you may enjoy your experience with stock4less. If you’re looking for a hassle-free transaction, you should probably look elsewhere. 

Deal with these people at your own risk.

For years I've been using Newegg to buy refurbished laptops. The savings are worth it alone but even more important is that a laptop isn't ending up in the bin, wasted. Good used items... that's the way to go. I don't want to contribute to the landfills and barges that dump things into the oceans.
Anyway, Newegg referred me to this company. I didn't know it but Newegg deals only with the best, so...
Dale and Alex at Stock4Less are fabulous! We were on the phone several times for quite a while and they bent over backwards to please me. Dale is such a great guy. The service was wonderful. Can't say enough about it. I will be advising people, as I am wont to do, to use this company. I consider sharing my good experiences to be a community service :).

This is a truly patient and great company. I worked with Mrs. Betty Springfield, and let me tell you she was super patient and polite. I received a beautiful laptop. Ordered the 15.4 and it is gorgeous. Thank you Mrs. Betty💕 to add I have also bought from them on eBay as well in the past. It was great running into them again.

The Customer service is very helpful and the prices of the products are affordable
