Items never arrived
Made an order on 5th December and got a shipping notification a few days later with a tracking link. About 1-2 weeks later I checked the link and it hadn’t been updated since 7th December so I contacted them to check my order. They dismissed my concerns and reassured me that my item would show up by 22nd December. Of course it didn’t. I was initially told I’d need to wait until 27th before they could consider it ‘lost’ but I managed to argue that this wasn’t acceptable seen as they were clearly bought for Christmas and they issued a refund.
In speaking to customer service I found out that the items are shipped from the USA to the UK which isn’t clear on the website (I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known for fear of them getting lost in the post).
The customer service was okay (not amazing but fine) but a company literally making Christmas stockings needs to be more on it with ensuring items get to customers by Christmas!
