Owner took 12 days to provision server (though the server was up an running after 7 days). Support tickets went unanswered for over a week. Never got what I needed from the server, so I cancelled.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS "BUSINESS"!

Poor service, arrogant attitude, sometimes no one can be found for 4-5 days. This is a small company with only one employee. There is a problem with my server and nobody handles it. I waited 4 days! !! !! They refused the refund and I had to apply for a dispute from paypal and get my money back. This was a bad Tia, guys, please stay away from this place.

I used their VPS, it's really stable with fast response support.

The dedicated server works great, but you need to be expert in servers to understand support tickets' staff replies well.
I recommend StockServers for video streaming, video gaming and a lot more of which require a high internet speed in order to provide guests/users the wanted experience!

Good service, I had some issues buying one of the dedicated servers but they/the owner helped me on discord and in a few days had it resolved. The server is fast, does exactly what I need. I have only had the service for a day, if anything changes ill update(but I don't think that will happen)

no refund after one hour evaluation, altho they kept the money, my server just 'disapeared'.

Brilliant company, I was hesitant after reading a few comments BUT they replied in minutes and my VPS has been going strong for over a month, No downtime what so ever and connection to server from UK has been great.

I don't make reviews ever but for my price and the support iv decided to use them exclusively.

Bad experience. My account was suspended for no apparent reason.
I can't complain, my account is deleted immediately.
If you want a long-term business, you should avoid this provider.

Absolutely excellent 10/10 customer service which helped resolve an issue with my system and made recommendations to avoid problems in the future. Great pricing. Minus one star for some lag on my VPS initially that was resolved within 3-4 days, and for lack of clear expectations/guidelines at signup on instance limits (max CPU usage, etc).

Got a server, had issues with it, so within days after I requested for my money to be refunded (ticket ID 214156). They refused, stating that there are no refunds given on 'promo' servers. Fair point, but why is the Company page stating "We also endow with a 30-days money back guarantee whereby you can claim your money back in full within a month of signing up without any questions asked."

No questions asked? True, they didn't ask any questions but they also did not honour their guarantee

I'm certainly not recommending them at all. One could claim that the technical issue is subjective and maybe I don't know how to do my job, but it is an objective viewpoint that they have to honour what they clearly stated on their website (but instead of that large note, they referred me to their terms and conditions which obviously no one reads!)

Quality service, good support and what not

I've not stayed really long... but when I was contacting the support, the response time is on average (consider timezone as well) and response is non-robotic. Expect friendly support. ;)

As for the service I had with them, as said I've cancelled it after 2 weeks because I realised I should host somewhere in NA instead (though they have Miami now but I already found a new host unfortunately). However, they got really nice offers (for me I got an USA Independence Day special which had bulky specifications for 5$). Watch out for that 32TB / 1Gbps Bandwidth 5$ deals!
