I had no issues with the product…
I had no issues with the product itself. The problem was with UPS. My package was scheduled for delivery on July 6, 2026. It arrived at the Toa Baja, Puerto Rico facility, but it never left that location. I ended up having to go to the facility myself to pick up the package on July 10, 2026. It’s not fair to pay for express shipping and still not receive your package on time. This was very disappointing.
