Bait and Switch
The boot that is pictured on the website visibly looks to have a fuller sole and heel in the style of the "PRO" but the one that was delivered to me has a much flatter sole and a smaller heel and if it would have had the actual picture of the boot delivered to me, I would have not purchased it. I am considering if I want to return it.

Please update your policy on express…
Please update your policy on express shipping it has caused me a great deal of trouble. Express shipping has 2 options but lacking is the 3rd party aspect. They should know a 3rd party shipper should indeed follow the same 24hr shipping times as if it was purchased via StockX. I had to wait 3 extra days for a refund that wasn’t flagged 2 days earlier. There is no recourse for covering me as buyer in these cases. The seller never shipped and the order was canceled with my efforts. With no course to aid in the recover my funds my frustration got the best of me and admittedly let that shine too much after the 3rd day. Now I’m suspended. I’ll try again next time. Love yall but this order didn’t bring out the best of us.
