Order date 5 Oct. I have paid for the goods but 16 Oct. I have still not received goods.
I have tried to contact them. But there is no email, phone no. or chat. The Tracking no. for the parcel with GLS tells me that the parcel does not exist.
On the website I get into these neverending loops on how to avoid that the customer contacts us. The website is .dk but the company is German.

Extremely bad customer service and why sent such a big order I a plastic bag when it obviously can hold it … it’s been over a year now and still no answer

Do not buy there!
I ordered fabric 3 weeks ago for 1700 DDK and haven't received anything yet. Soon the summer will be over and I'll get the fabric for my garden cushions for Christmas. Perfect!
I don't get an answer either and I will ask for my money back. If you do not react I will take further steps.

19 days since ordering. No update, no product.
I reached out since it’s been close to 3 weeks and my package has not even been sent yet. Even though it said 5-7 day delivery span. I have not yet received a reply from customer service and no update what so ever on the order. I won’t be using this site again and now I would very much like my money back, we shall see how long that takes.

I guess they need to cut the fabric, which takes a lot of time. I got my ordered goods within Okay time and they are what I have expected.

Placed My order more than a week ago. And acording to delivery status it isn’t even shipped from the Company yet. And no contact from the company???
