We were glad to have made the right choice with Stoit. They have been very professional and and have promptly followed up with problems with the house (serious and even the minor issues). The staff are kind and track our requests (through their efficient online portal) and coordinate also with the landlord. Our rental house unfortunately had back to back problems, but were glad that Stoit took care of them. Even the final inspection and handover of deposit was smooth. We positively recommend Stoit to future prospective renters or even landlords.

I would suggest that if you use Stoit that you read the contracts very carefully, if for whatever reason you need to leave a rental early, you will be liable for the payment of the full contract term and the renters score the additional amount, no empathy and no legal negotiation
