This company is a scam. Beware of the predatory practices. Don’t send them any money you will not receive their service or professional customer Courtesy. they will keep your money and run you around. I will be going to full extents to expose this fraud. They hide behind a false veteran owned narrative.

Kept putting us off and saying they were “looking for a driver.” We finally (a week later) found another company to deliver our truck. They then kept telling us they would refund our $100 deposit. After calling and bugging them for over a month we filed a dispute with Venmo. Then they told us they would refund, but only AFTER we removed the dispute. We refused. Venmo refunded us. Shady operation.

Nice people however I am pretty disappointed in the size of the beads for the price so it will likely be my last order for beads but I will buy other items there as they have lovely options

I was very disappointed with this company. I read the reviews all were great. You can only imagine the disappointment when I had to wait and continue reaching out about my car pick up only to get a call the day of transport, it was 6:30 p.m when I finally got a can and was asked to push my day back. My flight was already booked for the next day ect. My Deposit lost and my car is still in New York very disappointing

It was easy to find what I was looking for and pick up was simple

Ease of shopping. Items were packed beautifully and safely. No errors. Shipping times were satisfactory and easy to track.

Delivery was fast and accurate. Packaging was perfect.
The only thing I didn’t like is the fact I received a different cluster than at the picture. As there are several clusters in the same category. That make me want to come to the store but it is such a long drive.

Big deception. I find that they are indecently expensive... so much that it is insulting. I went online and in the shop (Was the only one.) and their rough are sub-standard for a ridiculous price. Living in Toronto, I miss Robert Hall's originals. Trust me if I tell you that it is cheaper ordering or buying from The Rockshed in the US than there.
