The product is absolutely gorgeous! Beyond that, the customer service is absolutely wonderful and responds very quickly to any concerns. I highly recommend them for their product, but will be a repeat customer due to their overall service!!

They came quickly and were packaged expertly, nothing was broken and they were stacked in a neat way so the package wasn’t overly large. They are all perfect and beautiful I love them so much.

Non existent quality control. Plates were very obviously defective, but they ship them out anyway and let you be the quality control. I guess they're hoping people don't notice. Giant waste of time repacking and sending the items back. You can find better quality at Wal Mart.

Love our Brasa Stoneware Set. They look nice, but not overly flashy nice, which was exactly what we were looking for. They were also great at replacing a bowl when we accidentally dropped it.

Would definitely buy more from them again.

Saw this brand of dishes at an air bnb while on vacation and loved the quality and design.

I broke one of the bowls in the set I have. They don't normally sell individually but checked their warehouse and found one for my set that they sold at a good price and shipped immediately. Good product is not enough - you also need good customer service and this company knows and honors that. Highly recommend their quality products.

They were easy to work and gave quick responces

I am still waiting for my order and have not gotten any updates as to when and if it will ever arrive.
After I contacted the Company they issued me a replacement order and I got that pretty quickly and it arrived safely and on the time they said.

I ordered these and they arrived super quick! I unfortunately had two bowls that were slightly damaged but again I reached out and that was rectified extremely quickly as well. The dishes are incredible quality and I have used them multiple times already, including washing them in the dishwasher. These are going to be my favorite.

The dishes look exactly as pictured, but the description says they’re dishwasher safe and the back of the plates say hand wash only.
I was specifically looking for dishwasher safe plates so am disappointed in the inaccurate marketing. I was also looking for an underglaze plate and these definitely are not. You can feel the design on top.

Aside from that, the packaging was very secure and the plates are pretty. Certainly pretty enough to keep them and see how long the design will last.
