I have been using Stone4Homes intermitently for the last few years but quite considerably over the last 4 months. The service has been excellent - in the rare instances when the phones are busy - the office team are quick to respond to email or voice messages. Great pricing and always prompt delivery using very courteous and professional drivers. They also use a crane truck which is perfect for deliveries over the hedge. Fully recommended and will be continuing to use for the foreseeable.

Had a slight problem with their website offering next day delivery, when this shouldn't been possible. However, they have gone above and beyond to honour the next day delivery, which is admirable and much appreciated.

Delivery on time first time and third time. When the courier messed up and made a big mistake Stones4Homes were so helpful, apologetic and got it sorted with no fuss.

I will be using them again for our next DIY project.

Reasonable prices, good choice of materials and quick delivery too (a day earlier than quoted in fact) The driver was very helpful and took the time to drop off my gravel exactly where I wanted it.

Amazing service, Sally and anyone else I spoke to in the office were very friendly and helpful. I had some concerns before delivery around the quality as they were considerably cheaper than other suppliers but the product arrived and is excellent quality (I ordered a bulk bag of lawn top dressing) and my goodness there's a lot of it. Very high quality soil and sand mix with no 'bits' , I needed it lifting over my fence with a HIAB. All arranged and my lawn is now level. I'm sure my back will recover in time lol!

Disgusted by the attitude of driver Shaun (and manager Matthew) when I challenged the driver for (illegally) parking his vehicle across the footpath.

The footpath was completely blocked thereby forcing me to into the middle of the road to pass by. The road was quiet and there were no parking restrictions at this point so he could have parked properly to make his delivery.

Neither he or his manager were willing to acknowledge that this was illegal or unacceptable. Matthew was unpleasant on the phone.

Not at all impressive for a company that supposedly prides itself on high standards of customer service.

Amazing experience - so easy and reliable. The order was simple and someone rang to check all is well. It was. Delivery was on time, notice given and the driver was a joy. My notes had been passed on to the driver accurately. Then on top of all of this, the product of top soil was high quality. Very relaxing and satisfying.

Simply don't bother going elsewhere. I was a landscaper and used S4H and one time I didn't(Gravel Master) I was badly let down. Crazy fast response time to questions, great products, very very competitive prices and a driver that knows what he's doing. Can't recommend any higher.

An absolutely first class supplier. Great customer service, they kept me in the loop on delivery and the lovely Yorkshire cream gravel was delivered bang on time. One of the best suppliers I’ve come across!!!

We purchased 13 tons of loose pink granite stone from Stones4homes, from the initial enquiry to the actual delivery took only 3 days. The service was impeccable which in this day and age is very hard to find.
Due to slight calculation error on our part, we had to have two loads, both drivers were helpfully and polite, and did the very best to place the stones in a ideal area that would cause us the least inconvenience. Definitely a asset to the company!
The price was very competitive compared to other quotes, up to 40% cheaper!
The Pink stones look stunning, when wet they darken, and the true pink and grey colour becomes vibrant, they become more of a light grey with a subtle hint of pink when dry, the changes in colour gives the garden more contrast and colour.

I was looking for a large quantity of compost as I needed about 30 bags from the garden centre. Deciding to opt for a 'builder's bag' full, I had scoured the web for a good deal. Stones4homes were the most economical and I ended up buying a pallet of 50 bags. Their customer service called me very quickly after placing my order online to check a delivery day. Today, a lovely guy called Illy went out of his way to back his lorry onto my drive so that the pallet was as near to where I needed it as possible. Thank you so much.

Save yourself time and money. Just go to Stones4Homes first. Very polite and helpful staff. Price the best I could find. Made every effort to get the product to me in a very fast time. Will use them again.
