I recommend to NEVER to use this company! The business owner John Anderson came to my house to sign a contact in March 2024 in the agreement to begin the work in July 2024. The work commenced in September 2024. They were persistent for me to make two payments, I did £4,500.

Outstanding work required:
Debris on the drive. He said he would have got a skip
Plastering, boarding, damp proof, correcting the materials for insulation internally of the bay windows.
Finishing the external struction to make it weather tight.
Sign off from the local authority of the new suction and installation of the bay windows.

They have left my bay windows unfinished. I have chased, with calls (office and mobile), texts, emails and had no response.

On gov.uk the history of his company had been filed under different company names in the last 3 years under the name of Claire Anderson. I am now in proceedings with LEGAL ACTION

Stay well away!!!! Keep a look out for John folding the company and then starting a new business again!!!

In June 2024 we paid £ 10500 as deposit and commencement payment for a new kitchen .work commenced in late July .We were without a kitchen for 10days ,we did not receive the appliances nor the flooring not even a kitchen sink .the fitter went on holiday mid fit and we had to employ and pay for another fitter to complete the job at a cost of £1600 ,we had to buy our own appliances and door handles at a cost of £4623,95 and our own flooring at a cost of £980.00 .Neither John or Caroline Anderson have paid back one penny ,Brian the salesman doesn’t take calls and their showroom is closed .John and Caroline live in Stanhope .Caveat Emptor !!!!!

I am appalled by this company, everything about it, we had a new bathroom in May and it was all booked in for a week. It took a week and a half and we ended up with few of our original choices of tiles etc, I have read the previous review and our situation sounds similar. Total lack of care for the job or the customer. NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY. I contacted them 2 months ago to advise that the shower screen was coming away from the wall, they said they would send somebody out, surprise, surprise, no one has come yet. I am going to try and post this review on all sites, so people don't get taken in by them.
