In my opinion Stoneview Group are a very honourable, reliable and efficient Company who take great pride in their work. They have just completed major works for us. We felt confident to allow them to complete works without interference from us and they went out of their way to give us a great finish. Throughout the process we were kept informed with photographic evidence of works and a detailed breakdown of materials and labour costs.

Awful Experience with this Company and would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone.

They attended 2 of my Property's then advised they both needed 200.00 of extra work each for which they provided quotes for the EICR'S to be completed.

On the 1st day of inspection they changed a small switch costing 2.80 but charged a pro rata labour cost of 25.00. this item could have ben added to the quote for works to be done saving the Extra labour, a right scam.

They had no authority to change this item and had all my contact details to get authorisation 1st which they did not do.Scam.

Then I paid the quote monies in Full but they did not communicate for over 2 weeks to get work completed despite being paid.

On the day of the quote works being done they advised they had to do both jobs on the same day, despite being 2 separate property's otherwise they couldn't attend either Property? Why? These were 2 separate bookings?

On the day they Finally attended they were at Both the Property's which are in the same building a total of 1 hour. I have Camera Evidence.

The Engineer Antony was supposed to arrive between 2-5pm and I had to leave at 5.15pm for a vet Appointment and the space I vacated, being the only visitor space on the Property, monitored by a camera, Antony had parked in after I left. I returned after the vet app at 6.13pm and Antony had completed both quoted works and pulled out of the property on camera @ 6.20pm.

When I returned i was shocked to find both jobs completed in 1 hour, when both the quotes for each property and emails from ROISIN CONFIRMED EACH PROPERTY WOULD TAKE 1 HOUR EACH TO COMPLETE QUOTED WORKS AND THE QUOTES CHARGED 1 HOUR FOR EACH PROPERTY @ APPROX 85.00 +VATPH.

I asked Antony what time he arrived and he stated 5pm which was impossible as I didn't leave till 5pm, again on camera, and he parked in space I had been in? physically IMPOSSIBLE & UNTRUE.

I challenged the quotes asking for a pro rata refund for the additional hour charge not in attendance only to be refused advising that they DO NOT DO PRO RATA HOUR CHARGES WHICH AGAIN IS UNTRUE AS THEY CHARGED ME THE PRO RATA UNAUTHORISED FEE FOR FITTING A SWITCH THEY HAD NO AUTHORITY TO DO,ANOTHER SCAM.

These Company's are aware that this new EICR legislation allows them to take FULL ADVANTAGE and misuse the system as Landlords are DEPENDANT on having these works done by LAW.

I do not mind paying for a Fair Honest Service but find it abhorrent that a Company like STONEVIEW has acted in such an unprofessional and very questionable manner.

Very Disreputable Behaviour.

I would very rarely feel the necessity to spend valuable time writing any review Good or Bad but in this case felt so strongly at the AWFUL DEALINGS WITH STONEVIEW that I felt it absolutely necessary to share this DREADFUL EXPERIENCE.

Thank you Stoneview for repairing my boiler. The whole process run smoothly from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

Great company. They sorted the issues we've had with mould in our bedroom. It's like brand new now. They even went the extra mile and helped me with a shelf on the wall that was loose.
Highly recommended.

Efficient, friendly and professional service. Responded quickly to a bank holiday call out and returned the following day with parts to complete the repair of our boiler. Bled all our radiators as extra and left the area clean. Would strongly recommend and use again.
