Good product
The product is extremely good and we are very happy with the layed results. I have given as a 4 star as the packaging was not too good and we had quite a few broken slabs when we unwrapped. Fortunately we still have a few spares so the broken ones did not affect us too much.

Disappointing response
Ordered 10 packs of paving in Oct 2025 which had some breakage when unpacked a few weeks later. Required 2 additional packs but despite numerous phone calls and emails there was no response from Stonemart. Ended up going to a competitor who promptly delivered the required paving.

Two broken tiles on delivery cost me £120 to replace them with shipping , initially wasn’t the fault of the company but stonemart failed to notify me of new stock arriving leaving my project short in finishing and causing me distress and upset .

A good customer service experience
The company are very responsive and easy to deal with.
Only 4* as the tiles were meant to be delivered between 3-5.
They arrived at 7.30pm.
This was something I was prepared for having read some of the bad reviews on here but the price was a substantial saving from other companies.
They were sodden and there was some damage.
That being said, when I reported the condition of the tiles the company responded the next working day and we were able to come to an agreement about partial refund accounting for the damaged tiles.
Tile quality is great and we were able to use all barring 2 tiles in the end, I would order from them again.

The customer service was excellent, especially Jay.
I am so pleased with the product and whilst it is still work in progress they look great.
On the initial delivery of 45 slabs, 7 were broken.
Jay dealt with this in a very professional manner and her customer service skills are excellent.

Check things are in stock before telling customers its been despatched when it's out of stock
Before ordering a pallet of 40 900x600 porcelain paving slabs I ordered and paid for a sample, I received a message informing me it had been despatched, over a week later I received a email informing me it was out of stock and I was to receive a refund
Although these things happen, I emailed to suggest they don't tell a customer something has been despatched until it actually has, I received a email in response saying "no problem" and asking me to send a photo of the before and after of the patio.
Well I can but it won't be purchased from this company

First order made in time for next day…
First order made in time for next day delivery, and paid extra charge, been delivered 5 days later. The sets I’ve purchased online showing thin, sawn cut and received 60mm thick riven.
Received a full refund on delivery charges and despite the fact that I have not been charged for the delivery now, you should review your delivery terms and delivery company, you’re loosing a great amount of customers like this.

Easy ordering, you can choose a delivery date, free delivery too, delivered on time by a very pleasant, careful delivery person, and the tiles are wonderful, well supported and packed including corner covers.
Unfortunately the very bottom tile was smashed, but all others were perfect.
