I purchased a wind spinner for more than 40€ including shipment and received a piece of crap not remotely looking like advertised product. Completely different product from the pictures. A crap worth 10€ max. They offered reimbursement but I had to pay return fees... to China... more than the product value. Organized scam. Fortunately I won my case against them with my purchase protection.

John Deere wind mill. How can tires spin when they are flat. There is nothing for the wind to catch except the tractor itself. That's all it does, a tractor that spins. The description was misleading, it's not the size indicated. Won't ever buy from Stoopelf again, and let family and friends know.

I boughr the Yellow Submarine for my garden. And today, when I have received It, It turna out to be a fake, a rip-off. It's very different from the photo in the web Page. It has no volume, it's just a thin piece of painted iron.

Terrible quality terrible drop shippers do not hold up there return policy should be taken of the internet. Regret not checking trust pilot first. Do not buy here!

Terrible products that are cheaply made and they do not hold up to their return policy! Products came in with poor quality and I asked to return the items numerous times and was never given a return address to do so.

I did not receive delivery ((USPS) of the 3 items I purchased. I contacted the seller who referred me to the USPS. I did. They came up/back with nothing. Contacted the seller again. They offered a 33%refund. I asked for 100%. They went silent. Took it up with PayPal, They denied my claim. Morale of the story:
Check Trustpilot first.
Don’t buy from these sellers.
Don’t use PayPal if you want your purchase to be protected.

Should have read these reviews first. Product delivered is a very poor replica of what’s advertised. Looks like it’s been painted by a child.

The advertising was great. I bought the gangster rapper 'gnomes'. The images made them look really great.
Unfortunately, what I received looked terrible and are far too small for the garden. They look like a child or a chimp painted them. They really are tacky and low quality. Overpriced crap, avoid.

Ordered a bookmark after seeing it advertised on instagram. What I received looked nothing like the product advertised.

This company seems to specialize in deliberate deception: The products are subterraneanly bad and do not reflect what they show on the website and social media. There is no response to contact: DO NOT BUY!

Ordered a Jack Nicholson/The Shining bookmark. It looked great in the pictures, though perhaps suspiciously cheap when compared with elsewhere. Though still not cheap I'll add.

Nevertheless, ordered and arrived within two weeks, so all good so far. However, when opening the package to view the item, the quality is so bad it's laughable. It bears no resemblance at all to what is advertised on their website. Every single thing about the item is terrible and wrong; the detailing, the size and the spelling! 'Stephen King' was written 'Stephen Kinge', 'Human' was written 'Kuman' and 'Inhuman Place' written as 'Jhuman Plaok'.

I requested a refund and was requested to send it back, or accept a 30% refund there and then. No - refused the refund and advised I would contact my credit company and request a chargeback for the amount in full. Shortly after, I received a refund.

This is the worst mis-advertising I have ever seen. They're clearly grabbing screenshots of independent artists' work and fobbing them off as their own, replacing advertised goods with sub-standard cheap tat of their own.

Avoid at all costs.

I have emailed the company and been ignored therefore posted on their Facebook page and have no been blocked!

Wish I could give this company negative stars and also wish I would have read reviews first. I ordered these for my husband for Father's Day and was so excited for their arrival. First, they took a month to get here, so it didn't make it in time for Father's Day. Second, they look like crap and nothing like the rappers. Some didn't even stand up. Third, when I tried to return it, they told me it would cost me 20 bucks and gave me a super confusing address in China and said if I didn't get it just right I wouldn't get a refund. They told me they would give me 20% refund. I negotiated them to 35% instead and settled on that to just be done with it all. One of the worst shopping experiences ever. I hope they are shut down soon. Don't waste your money!

Wish I had read these reviews first but that’s what impulsive buying from Facebook gets you. Bought the set of so called rapper gnomes which are very small. My bad for getting tricked. The quality is terrible - whoever is hand painting these should not be painting. Tupac will not even stand up. All in all buyer beware. These are not worth the money.

Would give minus five stars, if possible. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered “Garden Gnomes” for my daughter. They are the size of salt & pepper shakers. Such a SCAM!

The quality was terrible, not as pictured online and customer support claimed it is because it is hand painted. I requested a return shipping label as stated they would provide in their return policy and was never given one after multiple requests. All was provided was a confusing address in China and I was told if it was exactly right I wouldn’t get a refund and it would probably cost me more than $20 to ship back. They tried everything they could to prevent me from returning the item or issuing a refund.

Absolutely avoid this “ Company “ complete scam. After waiting over a month and still nothing dispatched they finally dispatched my goods after raising an issue via PayPal.

The goods finally arrived. Nothing like the website ( which now no longer exists ) garment quality is appalling & the text was in a foreign language. One item received wasn’t even what I had ordered.

These guys are thieves. Paid for a large planter and got the tiny one. Can't get any sense for a refund.

Ordered some shoes which were marked with the correct size but were not true to size - one size too small. Would not give me an address to return and ultimately accepted a small refund to get them out of my life. Would never deal with this company again and would warn others against them too
