Stopbox USA makes a fantastic product. As a law enforcement family, having a solution that keeps our handguns both secure and quickly accessible is incredibly important to us. We currently own three—two designated for firearm safety (one in our home and one secured in our truck during travel), and a third that pulls double duty in our travel trailer as a cash safe. While that may not be its “official” purpose, it gives us real peace of mind knowing we have emergency cash securely stored on the road.
Recently, I was convinced one of our boxes had malfunctioned. I was absolutely certain I had changed the combination—and even had it “written down” to prove it. After reaching out to Stopbox USA, their team responded quickly, asked a few helpful questions, and reminded me of the original combination. I gave it a try… and it worked immediately.
So yes, the box was functioning perfectly. The operator? Slightly less so. After a brief moment of humility, I was right back to using a product I genuinely trust.

My son ordered us the Stopbox, they had the 2 for 1 deal which is a nice deal for the box. The box is well built and easy to change lock codes. They came with easy to understand instructions and the parts needed.
When i saw the wall mounted version i emailed Stopbox to see if i could get a retrofit kit for my regular Stopbox.
I got an immediate reply from Andrew from customer support. He explained the differences in the Stopboxes and offered to exchange mine to a wall mount version free of charge.
The Stopbox was a good deal but the customer service is what will bring me back to buy more. Excellent customer service, i can't say it enough. Great product, great service, its refreshing to deal with a customer oriented company in the USA!
If you want a simple solid solution to lockup your handgun with quick access, you can't go wrong with a Stopbox!

I got a stopbox pro and the compact for my wife. I love it!!
Her fingers struggled so I emailed the company asking if I could return one for a wall mount version. They were awesome said yes immediately and let me pick which one I returned. Fast responses too! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

The stop box itself is as advertised and very solid which gets it 5 star for me but the support team went above and beyond that. I had multiple items in my order, one didn’t arrive, and within 10 minutes of me contacting them they had the missing item on its way and let me know. Great job!

I ended up have some complications on my end , emailed customer service and they got back to me almost immediately and resolved my issue, amazing customer service and I can’t say enough good things about the stopbox itself !

Had a great experience in store at their HQ in Spokane WA. I highly support and recommend this company for various reasons, one of many being this is a US based company using locally sourced supply chains. Their product is quality construction and meant for the common every day family.

The StopBox performed exactly as described! It took about two or three practice attempts for me to "learn" the sequence, and now I open the StopBox just as quickly as the Simplex lock on my Fort Knox handgun safe. The thing I like most is the convenience of having a secure, benign-looking retention device available for my EDC/home defense weapon, versus having to constantly open the handgun safe which is somewhat concealed. The second best feature is the ability to customize the keys to perform the opening sequence. Very glad I purchased this.

Was pretty excited for this

I spent 100$ for 2, thought it was a great deal- wrong. It’s extremely hard to open, no way I’m getting a gun out fast in a bad situation. I’m using the standard lock combo it comes with and I still need 2 hands and leverage.

But my biggest problem is this thing doesn’t even fit a standard glock 40! What’s even the point of this if I can’t close it with a standard size pistol.
