They made it right

The early part of the process went very smoothly. However when it came to receiving my check . . . .it never came!!! Apparently Stopoint had changed their banking and checking account practices and my check was held up during that period. Long story short . . ..they made it right, I received the check and all is well.

Received check in same amount advertised

Hadn't heard of Stopoint before this transaction. They offered $191 for my iPhone 6, the most of any recycle site I found online. I decided to take a chance on them. It was a smooth process and I received a $191 check within a few days of them receiving my phone. Thanks!
Only 4 stars because the PayPal transaction failed and they had to send me a check instead.

Claimed they never received it

Printed my label, mailed my phone in via Fed Ex as required. Continued to get emails from Stopoint reminding me to mail in my phone. I verified with Fed Ex it was delivered. Received confirmation of date, time and who accepted the shipment. Sent Stopoint emails through their on-line dashboard that they had my phone. Said they would check into it, but they never responded after that. Finally contacted support. Support stated, they checked the "tracking and it says that it arrived and we looked we did not find anything from you. Fedex never delivered it."
Although they said they would compensate me - the money has not shown up in my account yet. Hopefully it will. They never accepted responsibility or apologized. I spent way too much of my own time tracking down information they should have checked on and their lack of response is unacceptable - my emails to them still show as unread.

NO PAYMENT AFTER 9 BUSINESS DAYS

I wrote to Stopoint after 5 business days from receiving their notice that payment was released to tell them that I had not received mine. I got absolutely no response. I had a chat session at the conclusion of 6 business days and was only told that it was mailed on January 30th and that I should be patient for 3 more days. It is now the end of 9 business days and I have still not received payment or any further word from Stopoint. I will contact them again tomorrow demanding action or taking other appropriate action be either get my payment or my watch returned. Very UNHAPPY with this transaction. No follow-up at all by Stopoint to do what they promised.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Stopoint's website claims payment within 24 hours of receiving your phone - a week after they notified me that my phone had been received, I still had not been paid or provided any update. I emailed customer support - NO response. Finally, 2 full weeks after my phone had been received I was paid. Still no response from customer support.
