I purchased a great product at a good price. Communication with the seller was excellent. My order was held up in the mail and I was discouraged. They let me know with a tracking link what was happening with my order. It arrived a few days late, threw no fault of the seller. I will shop here again and recommend Stopxshop to others.

Ordered a product from their website and waited, did not hear any confirmation or delivery date. I wrote their sales department and heard back from them directly with a link to a tracking website. Followed the link and noticed the movement. Then the product didn't move for a couple of days. Wrote again and was extremely impressed when a representative (Lance) contacted me via email and was going to personally track the shipment. He did, and it arrived in good shape and the product is very useful. I had a question about how to use the product, emailed sales, and the question was answered within a day. I had not heard of this company before so was a little concerned, but I would recommend this company without hesitation. The personal attention I got was very much appreciated.
