Awesome! Great service, good, clean and secure locations! Would definitely recommend to others.
Only issue, the light in my unit doesn’t work (but that’s what flashlights are for)

The Red Deer facility offers a great selection of indoor & outdoor units (we've used both). The entire site is clean and professional looking, and the staff are amazing!!

Prices are going up every year. I don't understand why. We started at $95.00 and we are at $150.00 now. That is ridiculous.

Just simply really nice people to do buisiness with.
Do wish though an electric outlet was available near the RV spaces for very short and minor use.

Price is quite expensive and then there was a large increase with one month’s notice. Not happy and will be moving out my property soon. Happy with the facility though, just not the cost.

Dislikes:
-Parking closest to entrance reserved for staff. Poor customer service choice!
-Some Rodent activity. Found urine and feces on our boxes/mattress covers when we emptied the storage compartment
-Price increases. Not a lot of notice and frequent over a 9 month period.

Storage for LIfe has increased my storage fees more then 10% every year since been taken over by new management. I will be exploring other options. We Have been using SFYL for many years. It is sad that they raise rents on long term customers like they do. I would definitely not refer or recommend SFY to anyone.

We are quite happy with our storage locker and have not had any concerns.

The place is very clean. I do not like that they bill every 4 weeks instead of by the month, feels like a bit of a rip off that way plus with the recent price increase, it is quite expensive.

Cost, Cost, Cost. 100$ more per month than their closest competitor. I just move my gear to an equivalent sized indoor locker for 250# vs. the $400 + per month I was paying for the same privilege at SFYL. These guys are fleecing you. Be aware. There are way better deals out there.

The manager at the surrey newton location is a wonderful and very helpfull person. I would tell others to use this service forsure.

Girls are great. Facility is clean and professional

Parking has always been an issue, made worse by construction. No effort was made to compensate those businesses impacted.
You removed all garbage cans so now as a business user, I have to take all small garbage w me.
There have been times that there's been the smell of pot or urine in the building.
Rates continue to go up yet more and more I'm think I'm getting less.
Frankly. I'm Just a number and looking for a more supportive storage facility.
The staff is GOOD, the owners don't care.
