One thing that has been difficult for us, while dealing with financial challenges due to Supreme Court matters protecting my son, have been that your system does not accept partial payments along the way, causing full payment delays regularly for us... while in the middle of hearing and huge legal expenses.

I appreciate your services and promote them.

Poor maintenance around the exterior storage units ( winter ) , snow not cleaned and removed at crucial points,not salted at the gates .

28 days monthly charges!!! Ridiculous,we paying one month extra for no reason plus bad maintenance. Me and 10 of my friends and even more with some coworkers planning to move to the other storage facility if you guys won’t change things around.
And believe me people talk and with this economy you will loose a lot’s of customers.

Clean, well run. However, I do find your rate to be a bit high.

When I started out with a space in SFL, it was under $200 and within a year, jumped to $300 .. I had no choice but to stay because I was ill. I'm not able to come there often .. it seems to be ok when I'm there. i would be better to answer this in this coming summer as I'll be there sorting my thing in my space inthis comong summer.

I've had stuff in storage for years and the people have always be kind and helpful.

I am disappointed with the two huge rent increases over the past two years. I rent an outside car parking spot and was paying $76.00 a month. Last year, the rent was raised to $101.00 per month. This was a large increase, but I thought it was alright since the rent had not increased a lot in the past three years of having the spot. I received a notice two weeks ago stating that the rent is being increased again in March to $112.00. I find this ridiculous and want to know why the Newton branch in Surrey BC is raising the rent for an outside parking spot so much? In the notice, they say they need it to upkeep the care and quality of the area. Well the area is dirty and always full of garbage AND the outside parking lot lights have not been replaced in two months so it is very dark during the evening hours. This is very disappointing and, in my opinion, does not relay the two huge rent increases.

Crap. Prices keep going up. Payment methods are not convenient for me.
