We were so pleased by the customer service. The managers couldn't have been more helpful. There was always a friendly greeting and personalized service.

We looked at several places and chose OnGuard because the units were clean, the property was well maintained and had managers onsite. If you care about whatever you are storing, you need a place like this. The service was just great. The onsite manager knew for sure what the terms and prices would be. No surprises.

Very professional,strictly business. Intelligent concerned treatment coupled with economic rewards.I would recommend this business to others.

It has a good location, and the price is very good as well. I like this storage so much.

Have had great service at the Burden Park Storage units. Only thing I would change is the gate time for closing in the evening, maybe some longer hours in the summer. Debbie is great to work with.

The manager, William, really went above and beyond. I needed a 10x20 unit, but all he had was two 10x10. So, he gave me a discounted rate for them. Then, as I had rented two units, he let me use the moving van twice. And there was no application fee either. They have a nice, clean facility, provide moving carts and have a large freight elevator for 2nd floor access. The only negative is that the primary access to the storage units is via a 4' high loading dock. Unless you have a moving van, everything has to be carried up a short flight of stairs. Not a huge inconvenience unless you are moving an entire house, but then you'll probably be using a moving van anyway!

Have had a storage unit with them for a while. I recently needed another unit temporarily and they didn't offer me a deal, since I had one already.

.the customer service was a better experience than with public storage as well as I got in faster and I had like the units better because they are easy to get to and the they're clean your way later enjoy them and it's easy access and I am very happy that I chose a year because it's a very affordable and and its a hassle free

My husband and I arrived in Seattle on May 27th. We drove here from Miami, Florida. I reserved the storage online and really hoped that I had not made a mistake since, I had not been there before. When we arrived everything was ready, Leo Alvarez took care of us right away.

We have been back several times and he always has a big smile, kind words and when we have needed something we are always given Excellent Customer Service.

the storage facility is of excelent quality. the prices are really reasonable, and the building is neat & tidy. will recommend to anyone that should ask. and the staff is polite and courteous, and goes out of their way to accommondate it's renters.

they are great, recently upgraded to larger unit, they called when one was available.

As the owner of multiple small businesses, it is not only important to have a since of trusted security of my property. But when you add the level of business professionalism, I revive from management at this facility. It makes it a no brainier as to the environment . And surroundings.

I have done business with the Halsey Street Money Saver a few times over the last ten years. I really liked the older couple that managed the place. They were always nice, happy and easy to work with. I'm not sure just who is the manager now. There is a woman named Lisa working there now and I do not like her. She was kind of rude when I went in to rent another unit. I was looking for another unit close to the one I was already renting. I was put on a list to be call when one came open. Lisa had called me and said they had one, a 5x10 for $75. I told her I wouldn't be able to come in till the next day after work she said she would hold it. I would have used my debit card to purchase it but I didn't have the funds in that account at the time so I needed to write a check from my other account. When I got there after noon the next day there was a sign saying they would be back at like 12:35. I waited in my car till that time. When the time came I walked up to the door the sign was still there and she was on the phone so I continued to wait outside. She never got off the phone or removed the sign on the door so after waiting 10 more minutes I walked in. She was complaining about a renter I think and was on the phone for another 5 minutes as I stood there. Once off the phone I told her I was here to rent the unit that was being held for me. She told me she was the one that I talked to the night before and that she had rented the unit. I said I thought you were holding it for me and she said, "someone came in with money and wanted it. I wasn't going to turn down their money." That was disappointing. So I said fine where were the other units? She then told me that the 7.5x10 rented for $92 and showed me the unit. I told her I would take it because I really needed it but told her I was disappointed I couldn't get closer to my other unit. When we got back to the office I took out my checkbook and started writing her a check. I accidentally wrote it for $95. I told her this and she said well you need a lock to. That was true and I was going to give her the rest in cash. As she entered in the information in the computer she then told me the cost would be $99. "But you told me $92?" Her response was "Well the computer says $99 and that is what it is. I have to do as the computer says." I needed it so I went with it. Honestly I have worked with the public for over 25 years, as a store manager, apartment manager and not college admin. Lisa was rude and never apologized for her mistakes. I don't like doing business with a company that treats me that way. I diffidently don't like being told one thing and then have it changed just to be treated like I have to accept it because they wont acknowledge they made a mistake. I will continue to rent my units from Money Saver and hope I never have to deal with her again. But if this kind of treatment were to continue I might have to reconsider.

I have rented repeatedly over the last 15 years and recommend your location to family and friends. Stafg is friendly, units and property are clean and pricing is reasonable.

Everyone there has been fantastic to deal with. We have four units that we are currently renting and I would highly recommend them for all your storage needs.
